Not easy to come back from the beach as it’s located on a hill. Might be hard for ladies with cargo kids :(

We will come back again to feel the atmosphere of this colourfull place.

We love this place and we use to go there year by year. This place is located in the park (small forest) with smell of pines and other plants and salty sea. The pavillons are comfortable and there is everythink what we need. Maybe small refrigerator will be usefull in the room. The restaurant is very nice, modern and the food is very good. You could choose whatever you like, fish, meat, fresh vegetable and fruit, eiscreem and cakes, beverages...

We love this place and we would like to recommend you following to make it nicer and more convenient: 1. We would like more green places for parking of cars around the park. 2. we dont like that people waste garbage, papers etc. in the forest (park) around pavilons. There is a need of more baskets for waste in the resort. There is no recycling of waste in the resort. A lot of plastic bottles are in the baskets around. 3. When the people want to drink coffee or shopping to Duga Mall they need to cross broken fence without stairs and it is dangerous. This status has been going of years without change. We think, that it not take so many time to create 2 stairs and handrails for people to cross the fence. 4. The path for cars above pavillon no.XIII to Duga Mall is so dark in the night. People use to go there from restaurant by walking. Maybe 1-2 lights will be safer for people to go.

I was not really happy it was too expensive for the quality received.

The rooms were small, issues with hot water, ac issue. Grounds were not kept up, broken benches,no parking, poor food quality, stairwell dirty and steps thru out broken. Too far from the beach.

Welcoming and friendly staff, delicious food and overall great accommodation for the price.

The receptionist Davor and Kristina were very friendly and the whole staff was very welcoming and nice. The food was exceptionally great and the location is within walking distance to everything you need.

Overall cleanliness could be better and the nightstand as well as the drain in our sink was broken.

Very far from beach, you have to go every day 500m up to hill to resort, very small rooms if you are coming with family, not enough place to put things from suitcase, no fridge, no coffee maker, breakfast and dinner serves every day the same

Hotel needs improvement on maintenance and cleanliness

this is not a place for us

Once we got into the room the smell of bleach was so strong we had to open averything and wait. The bathroom floor was wet, so we had to wait to enter it. There was a lot of concrete spread all over the floor, some walls had dirty marks and even on the ceiling. We then went to the reception and they change us the room, this time was better, at least the new one didn’t smell bleach and only some court Ania had dirty marks on it, but one of the mattresses was a bit sunken.

The swimming pool is good and the place is nice. They have a good breakfast.

The internet was not really good, they don't come to the room to clean and put more paper, take the trash out, etc, even you asking for it. There was a lot of trash in the entrance of the hotel. The room was really small for 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Everytime we took a shower, we didn't get hot water to everybody and the bathroom was all wet because you can't close the door from the shower.

Resort is nice. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. The selection for breakfast and dinner was varied even for children.

The Family Room is exactly the same size as the Single Room, which is small space for a family of 4. The air-condition could not be used at night because it would blow directly on the extra bed where the child was sleeping. The shower corner was badly drained, so when all 4 of us showered, we almost flooded the room. Room Service meant that they only refilled toilet paper.

Upon arrival at 5 p.m., the room was not cleaned and was dirty. We booked the accommodation for 3 people, but they didn't give us towels for 3 people, only for 2 people, even after several requests.

Pleasant hotel with good food&drinks for fair price

There are many choices for breakfast and dinner, there is always something tasty for the children as well (chicken nuggets, pizza, etc). The soft drinks, beer and red and white wine are all for free. The beach (in which you better need water shoes) is close and it is child-friendly (there is a big play area for them). The sea and the swimming pool is very clean. The wifi works good in the hotel area. 2 big supermarkets are very close to the hotel. For this price this hotel is perfect. We recommend it and would like to come back next time.

It was kinda uncomfortable that we booked a family room, where the picture showed us 4 single beds. It turned out that in the hotel there is no room like this. In every family room there is one big french bed and from the bottom of the bed you can pull out 1-1 matrasses in both sides, so the 4 people sleep on the same french bed, not on 4 separated ones. The room cleaning is not good, we spent 5 days at the hotel but no one came to clean the room in these days, we run out of toilet rolls and we didn't have any clean bed and shower stuff (they said cleaners come every 3 days but no one was ever there). The safe in the room was not working. In the restaurant the edge of more glasses were broken, they should directly throw out the broken ones, it is very dangerous, our child sadly had an accident with it. On the hotel area it is really hard to walk because the roads are like the same when you climb up to a mountain and then go down from that, so I don't recommend it for older people or for very small children.

it was not clean. bed covers were dirty, there were dust everywhere. we ordered triple room and it was prepared only for 2 people. It was really challenging to arrange that they will prepare the third bed.

hard workout to get from the ocean to your appartment

I liked breakfest and dinner. I liked the room. I liked the staff.

They didn't change the toilet paper, we had to go ourself to the reception. The house keeping came once, didn't clean the room, didn't put new toilet paper, they ran out of big towels, we got little ones. W had to wait the first day for 2 hours to get the key. The walk each day with a baby is really hard. The area is really steep

Very good service in the dining room, very good and lots of food. The cottages are located in a pine grove. Cramped but cleaned daily pool.

We booked a family room for 4, but got a room for 2. They make you pay on first day and when we came back to reception to change our room, the family room was booked. They wanted us for our 3 day stay if we wanted a family room to move our stuff each day to new room. Also they didn’t offer any bonus since we stayed in room for 2 but payed for room for 4, which is 100€ difference per night. Also the floor in the apartment builing was really dirty.

We dont prefer to go back to Ad turres.

Well, most of the resorts and hotels are around this distance from the beach. Young people working in the restaurant were kind but lots of them dont speak english.

Unfortunately i can list ! First of all the receptionist redhead guy, i guess he hates his job !!! People in recwption should at least talk kindly and dont have an agressive face with guests. No even small fridge for keeping some cold water at least in this hot summer! Bedsheets nlt good size for the mattress, the gap between the 2 mattress is awful !! Two aeperate beds beside one another , thats not a kimgsize or largesize bed for couples. The door of balcony can not be closed , so anyone can go to the room from outside !!
