In Crikvenica, one of the most famous tourist locations on the Kvarner Riviera, there is the Villa View, with a fantastic location 800 m from the beach. There is a large dining and living room on the first floor (170m2 of living space), with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The whole villa is furnished with modern and carefully selected furniture.
The dining room leads to a large terrace with adjacent pool, from which you can enjoy the magnificent, breathtaking sea view with your family and friends. The villa is located on a 1,500 m2 plot, overgrown with many Mediterranean plants. Since the property is completely fenced, your children can let off steam in the large children's playground.
