Beautiful and well located (close to center) while also very quiet. Lovely welcoming host. More outdated than the pictures show and overall feel a little cramped.

Excellent location near the beach and only few minutes walk to the centre of Crikvenica. Apartment (the one on the ground floor) was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Direct access to the garden with the pool and jacuzzi was perfect. Communication with the host was very easy. Highly recommended. We loved to stay there.

Tyvärr kunde man inte koppla av och sova ordentligt. Det var fördyrt för dålig standard på lägenheten. Skulle inte rekom

Närheten till stranden.

AC fungerar inte, vi hade första fyra dagar över 30 grader i lägenheten. Det är mögel i badrummet och golvet är gammalt och ostädat. När AC började fungera då hade vi som bäst 27 grader och värden sa att det ska vara så.

Boli sme aj minulý rok preto sme sa rozhodli znovu. Personál milí, vybavenie ok

Nefungovala klíma, ktorá bola jediná v apartmáne kde sme boli 6. Pani prišla pozrieť a povedala veď fúka, ale ja som jej vysvetlil že by mala aj chladiť čo sa nedialo. Tak nám oznámila že si máme pustiť ventiláry ktoré sú v každej izbe (žeby preto že tam ta klíma možno nejde dlhšie?) Nič nevyriešilo a v apartmáne stále okolo 30 stupňov... A na bookingu sa nič nepíše o parkovnom ktoré sme museli zaplatiť aby sme mohli stáť na parkovisku patriacemu apartmánovému domu 75€.

We hebben het er heel fijn gehad.

De ligging en hoe de Vila eruitziet is super mooi! Ook de tuin, prachtig aangelegd. Dat is echt een visitekaartje. Het ontvangst was ook erg gezellig , vooral vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij spreekt heel goed Duits.

We hadden het appartement met 3 volwassenen, en er was 1 kledingrek. De slaapkamers waren wel krapjes. Ik had ook niet goed gelezen dat wij van de Vila de minste vierkante meters hadden. Rest , keuken en inrichting is perfect en heel netjes. Uiteindelijk heeft het ons niet meer zo gehinderd, dat we onze kleding niet zo goed kwijt konden. Toch mooie details en luxe. Wij Kijken terug op een fijn verblijf.

Близько до моря, гарна територія у дворі, доглянутий басейн, є душ щоб змити пісок після пляжу.

Здивувала доплата 100€ за прибирання. Коли в номері було достатньо брудно.не продумані розетки.взяли додаткову плату за парковку авто, що дуже дивно, як приїхати на відпочинок без авто, про це ніхто не попереджав.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten zu 4 ein Apartment mit Meerblick und Terrasse gebucht. Leider hat das nicht dem entsprochen, was bei der Buchung angeboten wurde. Es war lediglich seitlicher Meerblick und ein winziger Balkon für max. 2 Personen. Die Besitzerin war aber sehr nett und wir konnten in ein anderes Apartment ohne Aufpreis wechseln. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön!

Die Zimmer von dem Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und haben keinen Kasten. Lediglich einen Kleiderständer. Es ist auch nicht möglich den Koffer in dem Zimmer zu verstauen. Wir haben uns auch die anderen Apartments (1 Schlafzimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer) angesehen, die wesentlich größer sind. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eines von denen dann buchen.

Malé nedostatky boli prekryté úžasným morom

Pre nás známa lokalita, vedeli sme do čoho ideme. Ubytovanie bolo úplne nové, nádherné vonkajšie prostredie a pekne udržiavané. Izby trošku malé ale stačia, výborná kuchynská linka, trošku malá kúpelňa, dom ešte potrebuje vonkajšiu prerábku, ale neprekáža to pri pobyte. Celkový dojem je veľmi dobrý. Pláž je blízko (cca 50m) a prechádzky do okolia sú fajn aj mestečko je krásne s dlhou promenádou.
