The standalone holiday home is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.
