Superb

Location pretty much closer to the sea, with a beautiful view from the balcony . Quiet place, stores nearby the location. Free parking places, internet access . For sea side beach you can easily find 4 -5 places .

The apartment was very well equiped. You can find anything you need for cooking, there is also dishwasher, washing mashine and on request they prepared for us the baby bed in bedroom and chair for baby in dinning room. There is also some cleaning stuff available. Apartment is realy spacy with beautiful view, located in calm area outside the Crikvenica center but still close. It is about 10 min walk to the beach, but you need to use many stairs down to the promenade. You can then either go to the right to Omorika beach or left to the Crni Molo beach, which we prefer due to sandy/small stones beach and easy access to the sea. Communication with the apartment was always swift via emails.

The air condition is only in living room and I think even not strong enough to cool the air in whole apartment. We knew this before we came because we read previous recomendations but we did not think it will be so huge disadvantage. Especially in main bedroom which is as well as the living room located to the sea and where sun was shining all afternoon. It was too hot (30°C) in this bedroom at night, so our baby could not sleep well. Also the bed was in bad shape, it made noise after every movement, so if I just turn around I could literally wake up my husband or baby...it was really not convenient sleeping there. The doors and windows to the balcony are old and it also made a scratchy noise while opening, closing. The nets for windows would be also usefull, so the moscytos and other insects do not get inside. This is the reason why we think the price did not respect quality, because some things are old and need fixing.

We stayed in appts on the second floor. Very spacious, wonderful sea view. Two toilet rooms.

Kitchen boiler was out of order, so we had no hot water in the kitchen (the host promised to fix that). It took approx 10 min to reach the beach on foot down the steep hill. So it's better by car.
