About this house rental
Turo rental SUV available, message me if needed! You will love my quaint little home right smack dab in the middle of Nashville! It has West Elm furniture and great appliances. Located next to interstate 440, you are 2minutes from the soccer stadium, 5 minutes from Broadway, 7 minutes to wonderful Green Hills Shopping, and 15 minutes from Cool Springs shopping as well. This house was renovated in 2020 and has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The back deck is perfect for an afternoon or night glass of wine with an awesome canopy of string lights. I provide cable and WiFi as well as two TVs. You'll love this house just as much as I do!

My husband and I took our two sons and my son’s fiancée to Nashville along with our St. Bernard. The home was exactly as described with a large backyard. We were minutes driving distance to all of the places we visited. We parked two cars in the driveway. Even the kids commented on how nice the house was!

The house was clean in the inside but very small bathroom. Back porch and deck area needs upgrade but good enclosed area for pet. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. Uber cost one way to downtown was $40.00. No TV in the bedrooms which we would have preferred. Great place if
You are going for just a few days. Owner was very responsive and appliances were newer models.
