About this house rental
This resort-like lakefront home reminds one of multi-million dollar properties in Key West that are surrounded by palm trees and tropical waterways. We are proud of our 5 Star VRBO rating so please read what our guests have to say about our home and how they enjoyed their visit.
We have recently remodel our home which includes a 4th bedroom off the pool. This is best described as an extra master on-suite with private shower and bathroom. An additional toliet was added to the laundry.
The central bathroom has also be remodeled with a huge walk in shower and our new utility room offers an additional 4th bathroom.
The home now comprises 4 full bedrooms, 3 showers and 4 toilets providing extra comfort for larger groups.
The exterior has also had upgrades with patio furniture, pool area and lake front areas.
The Islands Community, located in highly acclaimed Gilbert, is the 2nd safest city in the U. S. and is just 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and only 8 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport.
Comprised of beautiful man-made lakes and custom homes, a desert oasis has been created that is central to the Valley of the Sun’s championship golf courses, spring training facilities and shopping malls. Just 12 miles southeast of Phoenix, sister cities such as Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Chandler are minutes away via quick freeway access to 101, 202, I-10 and I-60 for connections north, south, east, and west.

Tastefully appointed the home is fully furnished with high quality comfortable furniture with professional interior decoration. Warm wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms with hardwood and travertine flooring complete the elegant interior.
The expansive master bedroom with king size bed is adjacent to an oversized bathroom including his and hers sinks. Also included is a large Jacuzzi tub along with a large walk in shower and closet.
Two additional bedrooms with an oversized den with sleeper sofa offer comfortable accommodations for 6 more.
The great room floor plan offers a large living area, a gourmet kitchen with island, and, a formal dining area that opens out to a covered patio with inviting play pool. The pool is heated at 85 degrees, skin friendly and there is no extra cost! The patio offers casual dining with BBQ grill, and the balcony above has seating for 8 and offers spectacular sunset views and of the lake.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with subzero fridge, microwave, double ovens, dishwasher, coffee makers, tea pot, blender, cooking utensils, complete dinner set for 10, wine glasses and all the kitchen basics that you will possibly need
Complete with amenities such as a reverse osmosis water system, air conditioning, hi speed internet, Smart T.V.s, stereo system, laundry room, and ample parking make for an enjoyable visit. We spent 12 days at this incredible home and didn’t want to leave! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the gorgeous pool and the stunning view — we spent hours soaking up the sun and taking in the scenery. Every day felt like a dream. The outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine, and the location was peaceful and private. Truly one of our favorite vacations — we’re already talking about coming back!

This property worked well for our family vacation. My parents (in their 70s), brother and his partner, sister and niece (9), my daughter (14 months) and I came from across the country for a week stay. The house was easy to find and The Islands complex was quiet and safe. The house was incredibly well-stocked with nice appliances and everything we needed/wanted to cook, enjoy the pool, and relax. It was very hot for part of the week and the pool was perfect and even had some shade most of the day and house stayed cool with lots fans and good AC. My one critique is that other than the main room, the beds weren’t the best (one too hard, one too soft, twins seemed extra narrow) but the bedding was comfortable and there was plenty of space. It was also awesome to have not just a pack n play but also a high chair for the baby. Would recommend this spot, especially for a group looking to cook and eat together at home. Access to the grapefruit tree was a lovely bonus - the flowers smelled wonderful and the fruit was delicious.

This place is amazing ... has everything you need and more!! Lots of spaces to lounge and relax. Pool was warm, sheets were soft, and we loved the views!!
