You enter this home on the second level and you are welcomed into the main living area-- a cozy, living room with a gas fireplace and the kitchen/dining room. Enjoy countless sunsets from the deck while soaking in the beauty of the Central Coast! You will find both bedrooms upstairs as well as the full bathroom. The back yard is fenced in, making it very private for your hot tub soak and a great spot for your pet to play! This house is just three, short blocks from the beach and a few houses down from one of the main trailheads of the Fiscalini Ranch. Really nice time - enjoy the house - wish there was less stairs - HaHa - Just had a problem with the spa not coming up to temperature but didn't discover till the day before we left - reported the Breen.

Beautiful home and very well located right next to Fiscalini ranch. The only problem is if you can’t walk up stairs. It has a flight of stairs to get into the place and another flight of stairs to go up to the bedrooms. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes walk from the ocean with breathtaking views in every direction. Waking up to the calming sound of the waves each morning was pure relaxation, and watching the sunset over the water was unforgettable, with the best view from the upstairs master. We enjoyed 5 nights of sunsets despite stormy weather passing through the entire week.The home was super clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights for us was that it’s "dog friendly". Our pups loved it just as much as we did! They enjoyed long walks through the adjacent ranch daily. It’s not always easy to find such a welcoming place for pets, and this truly made our trip special. The gals at the office were super sweet and responsive to our needs. Checking in and out was a breeze.If you’re looking for ocean views, peaceful vibes, abundant walking trails and top-notch hospitality, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Wouldn't go back! The hot tub wasn't serviced and manager knew it. I told her the next day of our visit. Its the reason I rented this place Nice place but would find another next time. Small, clean, but nothing spectacular.
