With a water park, including a kids’ pool with waterslides, interactive water toys, a lazy river ride. The kids will never want to go home. Parents can enjoy themselves as well in our adult pool, Jacuzzi and fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill.
At Splash! Our unit is equipped with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa for even more space in addition to the spacious master bedroom. Our unit comes fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen and a high chair for the little one, full size washer and dryer.
The gorgeous views of the white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from our 8th floor private balcony.
Splash is located in Panama City Beach and on the west end of Front Beach Rd, just 15 miles from the Panama City International Airport. The renovation of Front Beach Road brings sidewalks, bike paths, tropical landscaping, and a public trolley system for transportation. You’ll find exhilarating attractions including museums, theaters, galleries, parks, restaurants, and upscale retail shopping opportunities at the new Pier Park. You will love the fact that the west end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the rest of the area, yet still close to everything.

Richard and his condo was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Clear communication before our trip and he even checked on us during our stay! I extended for a day at the end and he made it very simple and easy! The condo was very accommodating and clean upon arrival! We arrived a little early and was able to go ahead and get in the room. As a family that vacations a lot and stays in condos during travel, this was by far one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in and the most polite condo owner/manager we’ve ever had the experienced! We have already next year booked with him!

Overall, my family and I had a decent stay at the hotel. The facilities were nice and well-maintained, and the pool area was especially enjoyable. It’s a great spot to relax and unwind, and you can tell the property has a lot of potential.The owner was fantastic with communication and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth, which we really appreciated.However, there were a few downsides that impacted our experience. The ceilings are quite thin, so you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult for us to fully relax at times. During our stay, we were also disappointed that there was construction happening in an adjacent room, which added to the noise and disruption.Another area for improvement would be staffing at the pool. It would be helpful to have better monitoring to ensure that only hotel guests are using the facilities.Overall, it’s a solid hotel with good amenities, but addressing the noise issues and improving pool oversight would make a big difference.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo itself. Very clean, plenty of towels, all updated appliances and the view was amazing. Kitchen had basic supplies- the only thing I could have used was a pizza cutter and some containers to store left overs or prepared food. The only thing that could have been better about the condo is the balcony could use a good cleaning. Table was very dirty and tons of sand. I felt like we tracked in sand every time we went out. Could benefit from some rugs by the doors maybe. As much as we loved the condo itself I don’t think we will be returning to splash. The elevator wait was crazy fr the time we checked in until the time we left. The wait was crazy with 2 elevators and they unfortunately had to do maintenance on 1 which made the wait time even worse. I am not opposed to the stairs but when you have a stroller and beach stuff it wasn’t so fun.
