The property was great! Host had excellent communication and had tons of beach items for us to use like chairs, wagon, and sand toys. Very close to the beach, so easy to get down there and back. My one nit pick is on the fee for using the pool. It wasn’t very clear that use of the facilities was extra for each person, so just be aware of that if you plan to use the pool. Overall great experience and would rent again!

This was a really nice unit and we really enjoyed our time there. There were a few things that stood out as simply cleaning and make-ready issues. When we arrived we opened the trash drawer to find that some coffee has been left to rot. As a result, fruit flys had infested the trash storage area. When we open it the flys went everywhere. Foe the remainder of the trip we were constantly seating or catching fruit flys. Not fun! We also noticed a few smaller things that indicated a lack of effective cleaning. We felt sand all over the floor as well as a ballon left in a harder to reach place. Not sure how well the unit was really cleaned. Another small detail but a pet peeve. Some of the light bulbs didn’t work and others were carrying color temperatures. It was a detail that made the unit seem just un attended to. And finally we were told that the elevator wasn’t working. What we didn’t know is that the hallway connecting the two sides of the building would be closed off. This meant that we had to walk all trash downstairs and couldn’t utilize the trash shoot. That wasn’t t that bad but when we tried to park in the designated parking spot we were asked to move out into the uncovered parking by the elevator installers. They rudely asked why the owners didn’t tell us because, as he put it, they should have. This would have been good to know ahead of time. We appreciated the discount given due to the elevator we just didn’t know to what degree it would affect the experience. thanks
