Located one block to Medano beach at Marina Sol Residences and Resort ***We now have free calling for all our guests , that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Corner Penthouse with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection.
The Corner Penthouse has purified water in the Kitchen and all bathrooms
Note * All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Note * The twin beds can be made into a King bed upon request.
Note * Free Wireless internet is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
Note * Guests can receive all incoming calls free.
Note * Master Suite #1 has a Hotel safe for any valuables you may have.
The Great Room
When you enter the Corner Penthouse you are greeted by the spacious Great room which features 16 feet vaulted Ceilings and a large entertainment area with a 60 inch flat screen TV that gets over 200 channels thru our private Satellite feed. The stereo system is iPod friendly and has Bluetooth technology. The Great Room area also features a bar and lots of sofas and seating for socializing and has free worldwide calling for all our guests , we also have a 6th bathroom ( powder room in the great room )
Large Modern Kitchen
The Large Modern Kitchen has all high end stainless steel appliances and is all in Granite and features a Granite Island with seating for 10. The Kitchen and dining area is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and we can arrange a private chef upon request. Located beside the dining room is the outside terrace and features pocket doors that fold right into the wall allowing the dining area and terrace to be all the same open area. The outside terrace also has seating for 8 and has a propane BBQ .The View from the terrace is of the City of Cabo and features great Sunsets and faces west
The Master Suite
The first level of The Penthouse features the Master Suite which is the largest Suite in the Penthouse and has an adjoining 3 piece private bathroom featuring finishes in granite and marble. The Master Suite has a King size bed, mini bar fridge, 40 inch flat screen TV and a Futon bed for sleeping an extra person
The Oasis Suite
The first level of the Penthouse also features the Oasis Suite set up with two twin beds or can easily be set up with a King Size bed upon request. Located beside the Oasis Suite is a private three piece bathroom all in Marble finishes
The Sunset Suite
The upper level of The Penthouse features the Sunset Suite which can be set up with a King size or with two – twin beds upon request . Since this is a very large bedroom and upon request we can also set up an additional twin bed. The Sunset Suite has an entertainment or play area and a nice view of the Town of Cabo. The Three Piece En suite bathroom is very large and is finished in marble.
The Tropical Suite
The upper level also features the Tropical Suite #3 which features a King Size bed or the room can easily be set up with 2 – twin beds. Master Suite #3 has a very luxurious bathroom featuring a huge Jacuzzi soaker tub, stand up shower and beautiful marble counter top
The Loft Suite
The upper level also has the Loft Suite which has bunk beds set up with a Queen Size bed below and twin size bed above. The Loft Suite also has its own private 3 piece bathroom

We absolutely love Cabo—we visit three times a year—and this was our first time staying at Marina Sol. We had a group of nine and wanted a place where we could all stay together, so we booked Penthouse A702.Although the building was undergoing renovations during our stay, it had no impact on our experience whatsoever. The unit was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had more than enough towels, supplies, and everything else we needed to feel right at home.The entire resort staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool bar was a highlight—delicious food, great atmosphere, and daily drink specials that we really enjoyed.One of the biggest reasons we chose Marina Sol was its unbeatable location. We love being close to the action, and this spot was perfect. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Mango Deck, The Office, and the must-visit Edith’s. For nightlife, Squid Roe and several other hotspots are only about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, having Walmart just a block away was super convenient for any essentials.We had an amazing time at Marina Sol and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Resort management and staff EXCELLENT. They are very helpful, friendly and make everything easy: transportation, COVID testing, and suggestions for activities & restaurants.
There were some mishaps. Beds are very uncomfortable. We went to local Walmart and bought a king size cushion and left it on the bed. Water/Plumbing not good. If two or more people showered at the same time all would be taking COLD shower. Sink drains in kitchen and bathrooms were dirty - very hard to look at when brushing teeth. Elevators went out and so did water during our stay.
Overall, I would recommend this place.
