No-Party Policy:
In accordance with Airbnb’s global policies and the development’s internal rules, parties and events are strictly prohibited both inside the listing and in common areas. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted access.

Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction without the right to a refund. The guest will be responsible for covering any additional charges for damages or penalties.

Additional cleaning fees:
The following situations will result in an extra charge that will be deducted from the security deposit:

Extraordinary/deep cleaning: applies in cases of stains on fabrics, furniture, or mattresses; food residue in the refrigerator; vomit; urine; or any condition requiring specialized cleaning beyond the usual scope.
Exterior cleaning: applies if trash is left outside the property (cans, bottles, cigarette butts, paper, etc.)
These fees apply only when the property is returned in conditions that are out of the ordinary. We trust that our guests will treat the house with the same respect they would treat their own.
