Beach & Oceanfront Terrasol Condo, 2 Pools & Patio

The complex locates 5 min away from the marina, where you can easily find various choices of food & drinks and tour services. The unit we stayed (#250) is facing toward the Pacific Ocean directly, spacious, fully equipped, plus stunning view! The two pools are just steps away from the ocean, from one of them we even got a whale watching experience for free! Their pool bar offers really delicious food with only half price of what those restaurants around the marina offer.

The property itself is definitely worthy of 5-star rating. What we're upset was the experience with Booking, apparently we were over charged by Booking for various fee/surcharge which we could have avoided if we made the reservation with the property directly, or, through other agencies. While with those extra fees paid to Booking, we didn't receive the service from Booking as we expected, whenever we had any concerns/questions, the customer service rep just replied with "We've forwarded your question to the property." Eventually I had to contact the property directly to get an answer.
