Love that it was the whole house. Plenty of space.
It felt so far from things. Plus we had a lot of interactions. They were fixing WiFi, installing washer and dryer.
There was so ing going on with the sewer it had a very strong smell in the bathroom for the guests. Then it was also in the upstairs master bathroom. About half way through our stay. It made it to the downstairs bathrooms.
We called maintenance. But it just never felt like it got better.
We love staying at the properties. This was the first time trying the villas.

I love the privacy and private swimming pool. The views are amazing and the staff is attentive.
I’ve been going here for years and this villa was looking in need of maintenance. The swimming pool was missing tiles and had algae in the grout lines,  the cabinets were missing knobs, many electrical outlets didn’t work, there were allot of insects and lizards.

Overall, our stay at the Montecristo Villas was an incredible experience. The villa was exceptionally nice, spacious, and well-maintained. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The individuals involved in our stay (concierge, suite service, housekeeping, maintenance) were all helpful, friendly, and prompt to respond to our requests and questions.
Really our only complaint during our stay was that the WiFi never worked properly during our entire stay. Our devices would connect to the WiFi, but we never could get internet service.
