MONTECRISTO ESTATES: Nestled in the mountainous area above Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort - 10 minutes from downtown Cabo.
VILLA #11 UNIQUENESS : Quiet private end villa nestled in top row of villas at absolutely highest point in the Resort with KILLER panoramic view of entire resort, Sea of Cortez(sunrises), Pacific Ocean(sunsets), and newly completed Jack Nicklaus/Quivira 18-hole golf course. Most top row villas require check-out New Years Day (1/1). With Villa #11 you can check-out day after New Years (1/2) or even later until 1/17.
This entire luxury, two-story 4,500 square-foot Villa (2800 under roof & 1700 terraces) in gated Montecristo Estates is yours! Three direct terrace-access ocean view bedrooms, 3 bedroom suites, 3.5 baths, 5 flat-panel TVs, free WiFi, gas fireplace and AC. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Cribs, room service, stocked provisions and wait staff/chef all available upon request as well as All-Inclusive meal plans.
Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with gas fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, Lg private Jacuzzi tub, separate "rain" shower and Security Safe.. Proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area with table and chairs, gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds and each with private baths/showers), and a family room with queen sofa. Each suite and living room have large TV's. Free WiFi throughout Resort. Each suite has direct access to a large terrace with private HEATED infinity pool and lounge chairs.
This time of year, mornings start with beautiful sunrises and views of local fishing boats heading out for the catch of the day. Also, whales can frequently be seen from your terrace breaching as they feed and raise their young. This was a beautiful villa in a great resort. The views were amazing! The staff was excellent and very helpful. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and no issues at all. We would love to return.

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing stay in Cabo at this gorgeous home. The views are absolutely amazing and we spotted whales everyday! The kids loved the private infinity pool and we enjoyed the PB amenities being a quick shuttle ride away. Although we didn't use the all-inclusive option, the food court was really convenient for a quick bite. Raul was our personal concierge and helped us arrange for taxis to all the restaurants we ate at (Luna Italiana is a great option nearby!) and secured a dinner reservation at PBSB our first night. The spa on property was also excellent.The hosts are kind and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommending booking this villa!
