About this house rental
My home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a powder room on first floor, kitchen supplied with dishes, glasses, silverware, plates and pots and pans, central air, dishwasher, washer & dryer, fenced in yard. Walking distance to Rehoboth beaches and Dewey beaches. Close to shopping outlets, water park, public tennis courts plus other beautiful life guarded beaches. Of course there are great restaurants wherever you walk, bike or drive.

Patti was an absolute delight. Her home was a wonderful place to get away, and the fact that it is dog friendly makes it even better! We had 7 adults and our 9 month old lab puppy (Grizz) and there was plenty of room. We had a great time, but I think Grizz had the best time! The beach was short walk or drive. The only issue was that I didn't understand the parking lot/garbage & recycling cans and area. The house is a duplex and these areas were on the other side of the other 1/2 of the house. We actually thought they belong to another home next door. A very minor inconvenience and I only mention it so others know. Thanks again, Patti! You rock!!!

Patti’s place was perfect for our family of 6. Having the beach and boardwalk close enough to walk to was definitely convenient. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the backyard/patio once we got there but Patti was prompt in addressing the issue and had a power-washing company come out the next day. Having a fenced-in backyard was pertinent for our 2 dogs and it was great to enjoy the outdoors once it was cleaned. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay. Short walk to the beach. House is older but in great shape and has a nice outdoor area.
