***Must be at least 25 to rent & complete owners rental agreement upon booking.
Upstairs unit - No elevator (@10-12 stairs) - 2 Bedrooms (1 Cali king & 1 queen bed) - Living room with reclining, leather sectional with attached reclining chaise lounger - 70" HDTV With Streaming/Roku TV - Private decks off side of living room & at the front entryway - NO Smoking allowed upstairs - Must use designated smoking areas downstairs - Sleeps a max of 4 (May accept 5 for an extra fee. Must be approved by owner first!)
Can be combined with Surfside Beacon-Studio (if available) to make 3 BR/3 BA (3br/3ba can sleep a MAX of 8) - Occupancy monitored by outdoor perimeter security cameras - Entry deck and private side deck with table & chairs.
Outdoor Amenities: Picnic tables, grills, outdoor shower, & Tiki lounge area with corn hole (shared area with all guests on property).
Locally owned & operated.
Great family retreat located on the northeast bend of the Island. The property is approx. 200 ft from the beach crosswalk. Theater, restaurants and stores are close by. Local Island Taxi services are available all over the island for $5pp to anywhere on the island. (Prices increase once you cross the bridge!)

We had a great time. It was my granddaughters first time ever seeing the ocean. It was amazing. The apartment was nice. Very clean, although the AC in the bedroom didn't get cool and we had to buy our own coffee pot. Over all it was a good trip

The location was great, but the vibes were not good. To start, there is an astronomical deposit. Somewhere to the tune of a FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS. You can opt out by purchasing non-refundable insurance(of course).
There were threatening signs up saying if you LEFT THE DOOR OPEN too long they would take your deposite and evict you. Really unnecessary, and not cool especially at $300+ a night.
In addition to the threatening signs:
-There was one small bar of hotel soap between two bathrooms
-There was 1 tube of folders instant coffee
-The bath towels in the 2nd bathroom were soured
It was a nice location and comfortable, but at that price i didnt appreciate some of these things. Would not stay here again unless managment improved. Ive had better amenities at a budget hotel.
