About this apartment rental
All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.
Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.
A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.

Key Lime Condo is a cozy 900 sq. ft. unit located in the back, bottom half of Coral House, which contains three separate condos. It’s perfect for a laid-back beach stay — just keep in mind it’s not a large unit and does share the property with two other rentals.

• Parking is available for 1–2 vehicles, with cars parked one behind the other on the side of the house. Parking is limited and we cannot accommodate very wide vehicles.
• Metered public parking is available nearby if you arrive early or stay past checkout.

The second bedroom is a loft with:
• a half wall
• private balcony
• closet
The narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft; all other rooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom and bathroom both have a step-up at the entrance (see photos for details).

• The kitchenette is fully stocked and includes:
• Double hot plate
• Large toaster oven
• Electric griddle
• Pots and pans
• Please note: There is no full stove.
• A charcoal grill is provided for outdoor cooking.

• The outdoor laundry room is shared with other guests and housekeeping.
• It has a separate entrance located on the back deck (opposite side from your condo entrance).

Noise & Neighbor Awareness
• The unit shares walls and a ceiling with neighboring condos, so some sound transmission is possible, much like in an apartment.
• The loft bedroom is most susceptible to overhead noise.
• If you experience excessive noise, let us know — we’ll promptly contact the other guests.

This condo is equipped with a Minut sensor that monitors for house parties. It does not record sound or video and is strictly used to prevent disruptive events. You can read more on VRBO or Minut’s website.

The quaint Coral House is exactly as pictured. Bright and cheery. They do have next door 2-3 large condos under construction but the workers were very respectful of guests.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in my life, but none that had the charm that this place had. We loved it! It's in a great locatioin with beach access just a very short walk away and is also near to restaurants. It's also a very short drive to Savannah from there. Ted the property owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. The next time we visit Tybee Island, we will definitely book here again!

Quick two day stay, condo was a good location to shops and restaurants. Over all dated interior with limited kitchen. Multiple condos in this house which is loud. Worked fine for dog friendly housing.
