These unique suites offer a quiet interior location without a balcony or view but do provide access to all of the resort’s amenities for unbeatable beach prices!
When you are ready to take a break, take the elevator the restaurant (The Deck with a great eating space that looks out over the beach) is just a few steps outside of your front door.
All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This picturesque park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests. If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog. Cats are not allowed.

Excellent location on beach, pools were great. It is a quieter area of the island its less than a mile to the stores and restaurants.Parking was a bit confusing when we first arrived but easily figured it out. (some parking is for restaurant and some for resort guests). Only 2 issues were that the elevator was being serviced 2
Of the 3 days we stayed and the unit is Very Dark inside (no natural light) it is an interior unit with inly 1 windo to the hallway. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Colony Suites 231B. It was clean, comfortable, and a very affordable way to enjoy all of the Beachside Colony amenities. While it does not have an ocean view or balcony, it was perfect for us since we spent most of our time at the beach, by the pools, and enjoying the onsite restaurant. The suite had everything we needed, and the location made it easy to enjoy all that Tybee has to offer. We would definitely stay here again for a quick and budget-friendly beach getaway.

My overall stay was pleasant. I very much enjoyed Tybee Island, days on the beach were outstanding and the management company was most helpful and available. The property's description and photos were deceptive and misleading. Had I known the unit had only one window which led in indirect light, I'd have opted for another property. The pictures led me to believe there was a balcony and ample space; but in actuality, it was very small, dark, and dated. The cooking utensils were dilapadated, worn, and barely functional. Walking barefoot or with white socks left the bottom of our feet very dirty. For the most part we ate salads and were forced to have lights on in each room all the while we were inside the unit. It wasn't a huge deal, just a surprise.Steps to the beach was ideal and the biggest selling point and great convenience. The onsite restaurant was excellent and the staff was most friently and welcoming. Defintitly worth staying there, just not in the unit I selected.
