Teresa makes sure that the condo is completely cleaned and stocked between every renter and we guarantee that it will be ready for your arrival. If requested, she will even wash your linens and towels during your stay. Teresa will personally meet you upon arrival, check you in, and answer any questions you may have about our property, the surrounding area, and the beautiful island. Overall, we loved how close the Condo was to the beach but it was a bit outdated as others mentioned. The vents were dirty and rusty and the couch was disgusting, we wouldn’t sit on it without a blanket covering it. The blankets also smelled really dusty. The parking was horrible, not sure if it was just because of the holiday weekend, but there were a ton of cars parked without passes, causing us to wait almost 45mins for an opening. Lastly, the WiFi did not work and we weren’t able to connect to any other units, we had to use the SPI guest WiFi. Even after restarting the router multiple times, it would not work.

Needs some major cleaning in kitchen and bathroom but, otherwise was good. Only small side view of the water.
