With stunning ocean views from the kitchen and outside deck, this beach cottage is perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or a golf trip with friends. The home’s private beach access gets your toes in the sand and riding the waves in no time. (Only 100 yards to the beach) The Ideal Place is well-stocked, with comfortable furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has been completely painted inside and out. The kitchen is brand new with all the amenities, including a water filtration system (ROS).
The Ideal Place is situated on a quiet street in desirable Kitty Hawk, close to wonderful restaurants, terrific shopping and unforgettable sight-seeing. This beach cottage has the amenities to make your vacation enjoyable and stress-free: Flat Screen Cable TV’s, DVD players, radio/CD player, BBQ grill, comfortable deck furniture, wireless internet, games, reading and video libraries, sand toys and beach chairs. And save space in your suitcase ~ bath towels and bed linens are provided. Come experience Kitty Hawk’s long pristine beaches and sparkling blue waters for yourself. It will be a memorable trip that you will want to experience year after year!

perfect location. yes there is a house next door that looks like they never finished it but the rest of the neighborhood is just fine. the house setup worked great for our mom/son trip and the house had everything we needed for meals at home. would definitely stay there again with a small group.

The cottage was ideal for our family of 6. The layout and amenities were perfect and it was a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it and are looking forward to booking it again.

This house was a great stay for our family. 4 adults and 1 2 yr old child. We absolutely loved it. The best thing about this home was the super easy walk to the beach. Right through the back yard, there’s a path that gets you to the beach In literally 3 minutes. It was like staying in semi oceanfront without the price. There was plenty of room for us to sleep and congregate in the living room. The home was clean ad well cared for. There’s a nice little covered porch in the back as well as open decking to enjoy the warm days, Disney’s and ocean view!. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable although the bunk beds weren’t as comfy as the other ones. The water pressure was great, which isnt always the case in these homes. There was lots and lots of room under the house to keep our beach stuff. This is where the outside shower was that was warm and wonderful . We were super happy staying here and would highly recommend!There were only few things that we would have liked to have had updated, the furniture in the living room could use an update, The high top table to eat at was a bit awkward to get around and the kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc, were limited. These very few things did not detract from our stay . So many choices for take out food that was super close and super good and we really didn’t want to cook bc of that. it was a clean comfy wonderful beach home and we’d definitely stay there again. The owners were easy to communicate with and very nice. Book early, I imagine this house is hard to get bc of all it’s great features. Thanks to the owners for providing us with a fabulous vacation!
