About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Pura Vida, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). With 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms, located in the private community of Playacar phase 1. This house is 100 feet from the beach and offers a sea view from its main bedroom and two terraces.
The house is divided into 3 levels: On the second level we find a king bed and a spacious terrace with sea view and some sun loungers, on the third level we can find the terrace with sea view, and on the first level of the house we find 2 more rooms, as well as the living room, kitchen and dining room.
The pool is located in front of the house, it has sun loungers and an area equipped with a grill.

We loved being able to walk to fifth ave and having a safe location in a great neighborhood. However the master bedroom is hard to sleep in as the air conditioner light is so bright. Also there is no tv in the main room living room and the Jacuzzi had no water in it so we couldn’t use that.

The house is extremely well located, walking distance to town and all the restaurants and the beach. The only gripe is that the house is a bit tired: tattered curtains, no dishwasher, microwave does not work, cookware is sub-standard. Also the house only comes with one bath towel per person, and no extra blankets. The house could be great if it was only lightly renovated and the management company was not so stingy.
