About this house rental
Built in the style of open concept, the large living, dining and kitchen area will easily accommodate a family of 10. The impressively equipped kitchen with its granite countertops, Center Island, top of the line stainless appliances and rich, mahogany cabinetry would delight any chef! The living area boasts plentiful seating with a wraparound sofa, 60’ flat screen TV and most importantly, the magnificent turquoise waters of the Caribbean as a backdrop.
The beautifully domed Master suite also has ocean view with direct access to the beach and pool and is furnished with King Size bed, floor to ceiling closet, mini split air condition, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. A second bedroom features 2 full beds, ceiling fans, mini split air condition and full bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a king size bed while the fourth bedroom has 2 full beds. All of the bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, large closets; mini split air condition, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Casa Joya del Mar features custom aluminum double pane windows, oversized doors, custom fixtures, professional window coverings, high quality finishes, amenities such as wireless internet, ipod dock and speaker, linens, china and everything else you might want or need during your vacation. As magnificent as Casa Joya del Mar is in the interior, the outdoor area will delight your senses as well with its oversize terrace, Weber BBQ, shaded exterior dining area and the large ocean front pool with direct access to the beach

The house was amazing! I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves, sunrise and seeing the waves crash on the beach from bed. The house was very clean and comofortable. THe location was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful and security was efficient. It was nice to be abl eto walk to 5th Ave but be in the beautiful neighborhood in the jungle with the ruins and the ocean at our front door. We will definately be back to Casa Joya el Mar.

This house is amazing! Absolutely stunning views and beaitiful interior. Management was great. Walking distance to everything you need. We will definitely be returning!!

This house is fabulous! It is large and spacious. The kitchen is well-appointed and had literally everything we needed for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids, including more than enough plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware. The location is amazing! The pool overlooks the beach and ocean, which is right off the pool deck. The main downtown area is a short 10 minute walk away through a quiet and secure neighborhood. We felt very safe here. The rooms are all large and each has its own full bathroom. The beds and linens were comfortable. There were more than enough pool and bath towels. Having access to a washer and dryer was key! The air conditioners all worked great. The only small complaint is that the water heater didn’t seem to accommodate everyone showering at once when we were getting ready for dinner, but this was not a major inconvenience given how hot and humid it was … a cool shower felt nice! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
