About this house rental
You won’t go wrong staying in this lovely home with partial ocean views. It is right in the center of everything yet very peaceful and private. Just 200 feet from the large beach even at high tide by Beach Access #19. You can play all day in the sun and come home and relax on your own screened porch. After that you can take a dip in the pool at the Beach Club which is just 2 blocks from the house (if access to the Fripp Island Resort amenities is purchased). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on main level and a loft upstairs.
Partial views of the ocean along with a tropical paradise of 45 trees. A tranquil environment includes a large double lot. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Island Beach Club Pools, Dining and Tennis Courts. A walking / bike path is across the street.
This house has many features. The large outside deck overlooks the double lot with many trees and views of the ocean. The screened in porch with a ceiling fan is great for conversations, dining, games or relaxing. Outside shower with hot / cold water is convenient when coming back from the beach. On the main floor is the large living room with new sofa and chairs, 65 inch ROKU HDTV and Bluetooth Stereo that is great for relaxing or entertaining. The remodeled (Jan 2024) kitchen has a large dining area with nice views of the ocean. The master bedroom is large with a king bed, walk-in closet, 43 inch smart HDTV on wall and private bathroom with walk in shower. The next bedroom has a king bed with a 26 inch HDTV. The third main floor bedroom has 2 twins with a 43 inch smart HDTV on the wall. A full bathroom is in the hallway. Upstairs is a loft with 2 queens, 1 twin, loveseat, walk-in closet, 55 inch HDTV and full bathroom with new cabinets & countertops.
Our house has a no smoking, no pet permitted policy. There is plenty to do on Fripp Island. The house has broadband and Wi-Fi. It is all here for you! Come and join us... You may never want to leave!
IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY OF THE WONDERFUL FRIPP ISLAND RESORT AMENITIES (pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, Camp Fripp, etc.) A FRIPP ISLAND RESORT FEE MUST BE PAID. The Fripp Island Resort Fee is $55 per guest (weekly amenity card) for 13 years and older plus 12.8% of the base rental amount. The Fripp Island Resort Fee is collected separately prior to arriving by owner via PayPal.
Rentals stays May 30 - August 14 are weekly Saturday to Saturday. Other dates require a 3 day minimum, with any check in date.

This house was just what our family needed! The kitchen was definitely the best-equipped of any rental property we have experienced, and we definitely made use of the second fridge in the basement. Having such close access to the beach was wonderful for the families with littles. After rinsing the kids off with the hose outside, they could feed them at the table on the screened-in porch without bringing sand and water into the house. Mary, the host was readily available for questions. And, the AC kept working, even during a terrible heat wave! (The only thing to be aware of is that the upstairs loft area has an open space to the living area below. There is a light blocking curtain hung there, which does help, but it isn't soundproof. So, bring a sound machine for anyone sleeping in that space.)

We had a great time on Fripp. The house's location is great. Mary was excellent to work with and quick to resolve a couple of smaller problems that arose. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked with anything you could need. It was very hot our week but the air conditioner was great. The only negatives were some garbage under and around 1 bed and there were tiny flies all week.

We have stayed at Fripp for over 50 years. This homeowner is among the few who understands that at Fripp the guests must prepare most of their meals themselves. The kitchen was fully equipped. The home was totally comfortable for our family. We truly felt like a guest in someone's home, not just in a commercial resort. The homeowner was quick to provide all information and take care of our needs. It couldn't have been better.

Very well equipped with recent renovations.. there was a large amount of beach equipment ( chairs, tent, wagon, toys for infants) that made the time at the beach more enjoyable.
The property was exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay there again.
