Welcome to 87 Ocean Creek! "Sippin' on the Dock of the Bay" is the perfect getaway for golfers, families, and groups. Our multi-tiered dock is shared with our neighbor offering you a place to tie up your boat or jet skis. Enjoy crabbing, fishing, and shrimping right out your back door! Or sit back and enjoy the amazing sunsets!
As of Spring 2020, we have updated the tile and carpet in the house to all hardwoods. The kitchen has had a complete redo! We have new furniture in the living room.
The main floor includes a bedroom with a Queen size bed and full bath. Cook away in the open kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A large screen TV over the "instant on" fireplace. The screened back porch has a picnic table with benches and rockers. The den offers a queen sleeper sofa bed and is perfect for families or groups to have separate conversation areas.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the laundry room. The large master includes a King size bed, a new 40" flat screen TV. Large closets. Double vanities in bathroom, garden tub, large shower, and private WC. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a large armoire with a 40" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has 2 full beds. All bedrooms have access to a screened in porch.
The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.

The house was in a great location but the cleaning was lacking some. The floors do not seem to have been mopped. Sticky and dirty. And a lot of stuff from other guests under the sofa and beds. The vacuum was full of dirt and had not been emptied. Changing cleaning services would improve the stay! Other that that problem it was a great house.

The property was great and the communication with the owners was also good. Our only issue with the property was the lack of kitchen drying towels/hand towels. We enjoyed our time on the island. However during our stay, many of the restaurants were closed or closed prior to our normal dinner time. Overall we really enjoyed our time at the house and would come back.

The house is nice and in a great location. It was great to have a golf cart. However the cleanliness was bad I found moldy pizza in the oven on a paper plate and food and trash under the beds and sofas. The exterminator came while we were there and sprayed inside the house which caused bugs to come out. Trash cans were not empty inside or out. I would suggest better cleanup for renters.
