With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this home provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. This cottage will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
On the main level of the home, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom. The right bathroom has a tub shower combo, and the laundry room has a new washer and dryer, and the left bathroom has a shower only. The upstairs has 2 additional full beds, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub-and-shower combo and double sinks. The open floor plan of the main part of the home includes the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary housewares, ensuring that you can stay in and prepare your own meals if you choose to.
This cottage welcomes guests with a screened-in porch around the entry, featuring rocking chairs and a lovely view. This property has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, with Hargray Cable Live TV available. There are 4 TVs, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. Other highlights of the home include a charcoal grill, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a shared deck off the front of the house, accessible from both downstairs bedrooms. Evident that the home has been lovingly enjoyed. Family friendly. Snug fit for 12. We had 5 adults and 7 children (3 to 17). Home has one staired entrance in the back facing the beautiful golf course. Kitchen was very easy to prepare meals in. All bedrooms had two double beds and either a double shower, Bath tub or jacuzzi tub. New Stackable washer housed in the BR off Kitchen. Sliding doors exited to small deck from all BR's for egress. Easy 12 minute walk to beach, however BLACK MOSQUITOES were TERRIBLE. I don't ever recall this issue, though we usually stay oceanfront. This was a last minute booking. After adjusting, we enjoyed our stay. We love the Cabana Club FROG Pool, and Ice Cream in the evenings at the Food Court. The kids love seeing the animals and just being on the island. Of course SHRIMP from Gay Fish Company. Golf Cart rental a must. We enjoyed the AMENITY Cards included.
