Welcome to the Green Pearl! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was completely renovated just last year with you in mind. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people and is the perfect vacation rental for your family and friends with space to spare.
This house is perfectly situated on the island, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 5-person golf cart available for rent to get you around the rest of the area. Additionally, there is an extra driveway with ample parking for multiple cars. This home includes uniquely built, queen-sized bunk beds perfect for children or adults. The home also offers 2 king bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Enjoy high speed internet, cable and Smart-TVs, and so many more amenities.
The gourmet kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook, or you can travel around the island exploring the delicious restaurants Fripp has to offer! Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It's a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island, or take a ride to the Food Court for ice cream after dinner!
Amenity cards are available for purchase, which are required for access to all resort amenities. Including golf and tennis, bars and restaurants, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. Upscale, private, and clean, this island getaway is your home away from home. We know you will love it as much as we do!
Fripp Island Guest cards are available with the cottage. These guest cards are required for access to the resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. The cards vary in price depending on season and length of stay.
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

We were only there for a couple of days but enjoyed our stay. Beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed the screened in porch also. Management group responsive to an issue with raccoonns getting into the trash. Home very comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

You can feel the magic of Fripp in this home. Walking distance to the beach and the beach club. The golf cart, the deer, the aligators, it was a perfect trip!

The house is a perfect location and beautifully decorated. The only complaint I would have is that the kitchen has no storage at all for groceries. All the cabinets are full and there is no pantry. Other than that, this is a great house!

We had a nice week. Inside of home was good. Kitchen, bedrooms and baths nice and comfortable. Outside spaces were pretty much unusable due to dirt/mildew on all seat cushions. Outside porches, stairs, golf cart, etc could all use a good power wash to solve problem. Also no outdoor shower or hose available to rinse things off, just a hose bib.
