I've rented many homes over the years and this was absolutely the best. Pictures truly don't capture the beauty of the view. Our family and friends (8) were visiting for a music festival in Dana Point and the location & amenities made this place the perfect retreat. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of places for people to relax. The host was truly wonderful - responding to messages quickly and thinking of all the little things to make our stay so enjoyable. I hope we can visit again. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Plenty of space for 6 adults with great kitchen and grill for making meals- easy access to several beach towns with great shops and restaurants as well. This was our second stay at this house and we love it. We are three couples in our 70s and like that it is a single story. The location on the beach is perfect. The house has everything we needed. Paul is a great host, very accommodating.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. Comfy beds, towels and toys and plenty of space for a group. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cookware, dishes and utensils but do bring your own spices and oil for cooking. Paul was great to communicate with and came by to say hi and check to see if we needed anything. There are lots of rocks at the shore but once you get past them it's sandy and the water is great. Would definitely return!

This house was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The ocean views and sounds are perfect from every angle. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. Quick drive to all attractions. Loved the extra touches of blankets to use while enjoying the back patio. The only thing that would of been nice (for a group of 5 women) would be to add one full length mirror in one of the bathrooms or a bedroom.

We have stayed many times on Beach Road, it is a very special place. This house was our favorite to date and we hope to be back again. The home is current, clean, spacious and dog friendly. The outside living area is nice and comfortable for many. Great side courtyard for grilling and access to the outdoor eating areas. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was stocked so well in the kitchen. They had everything we needed for cooking/serving, etc., which was outstanding, usually requires a couple extra stops at the store, but not needed here. The only opportunity they have at this property is swapping out the mattresses or swapping out the queen bedroom for a 3rd king bedroom. All around a great house and Paul was outstanding to work with!

We had such an amazing stay! The house was very clean, smelled so nice, the bed linens were wonderful, the view amazing - everything made for an amazing family vacation! We really had such a wonderful time and we’d love to return! Our daughter happens to be a wheelchair user and though the house isn’t perfectly ADA accessible, it worked great for our stay & we were so happy we were able to make it work for our family’s needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it was just the family break we needed. We hope to return!

This home exceeded our expectations. The setting is spectacular, wide open ocean views are amazing, and the private beach was so relaxing to sit at. Gorgeous sunsets every night over the pacific and the views from kitchen & living areas are incredible. Home has so many options for groups that want to spread out, with a beautiful courtyard, large oceanfront patio & the beach. Beds were all comfortable & the ac worked great…even during a heatwave. The Edison lights on both patios really made outdoor spaces feel special at night. We did a lot of cooking & found this kitchen much better outfitted than any other beach rental we’ve had at any price point. Thank you Paul for answering all our questions before arrival & even popping over to make sure we could use all the outdoor lighting. We’d definitely love to stay there again!!

This property fit our family of five perfectly. The back patio is gorgeous, and we spent hours in the surf. I don’t usually expect decent bakeware in a rental, and this kitchen had great pots and pans and a good espresso maker. It also has surfboards, boogie boards and sand toys. And lots of beach towels!

Our favorite of all the houses we have stayed at on Capistrano beach. The set up was amazing. Barely heard the train. Kids played in the ocean from sunup to sundown. The location is unbeatable. Paul was awesome. Super easy to get ahold of and fixed any issues we had very quickly. Can’t wait to come back.
