Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach house, nestled on a private, restricted beach within a gated beachfront community. This stunning home offers spectacular panoramic ocean views throughout, allowing you to wake up each morning to the refreshing ocean breeze and the soothing sound of waves just steps away in your private backyard. It doesn’t get much better than this.
*Please note: Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we have a VERY strict no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you plan to bring an animal, as no exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.*
The beach house is one half of a duplex, offering 1,000 square feet of living space, ideal for a family with young children or a couples retreat. The lower level includes a full tub/shower bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and an open-concept living room and kitchen with direct access to your private beach patio. Upstairs, you’ll find a second full bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests. The entire house can host a maximum of eight people, including guests, and the driveway provides tandem parking for two cars.
This beach house is fully equipped with all the essentials of a well-stocked home, including a kitchen with a variety of cookware and kitchen staples such as spices, condiments, oils, sugar, and coffee.
*Please note: All items provided are part of a starter kit. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies at a local store.*
The open-concept living room, kitchen, and patio area are designed for your ultimate entertainment experience. Enjoy the stunning views while spending quality time with family and friends. Both the living room and master bedroom feature flat-screen TVs and DVD players for your entertainment.
The beach directly in front of the house is completely private, ensuring a secluded and relaxing experience. The private patio is fully furnished, complete with a BBQ, a patio table for dining under the stars, and a comfortable seating area.
**Please be aware that due to natural changes in sand levels and ocean conditions, Stairs are required to access the beach. For guests who are not comfortable using stairs, there is a vacant lot approximately 30 yards to the north with direct beach access that does not require stairs. The beachfront can vary daily, alternating between rocky and sandy terrain.**
House Rules:
- We do not allow pets due to severe allergies.
- This is not a party house. The property is located in a quiet beachfront residential community with permanent neighbors on both sides. If you're seeking a party atmosphere, this is not the home for you. However, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat to enjoy with family or friends, this is the perfect vacation destination.
- The entire property is non-smoking. Guests who smoke are kindly asked to do so away from the house.
- The beach and stairs leading to it may be shared with the owner or other guests on the property.

The family had a wonderful time staying here. 3 teenage boys had the time of their lives in the ocean which is right outside the back deck. Highly recommend. Super host!

We had a wonderful experience at the beach house! It was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Yuri was always very attentive and had great communication with us throughout our stay. The local dining options were fantastic, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We felt so safe with the gated entrance, which added to our peace of mind. The experience was well worth the value, and we will definitely rebook for next summer. Highly recommend!

Where do I start?
First off read the small print on the listing. Did not notice that this property was a 2 unit rental until I got the check in instructions and was told to park in the unit A parking. My fault I guess, just be aware. Not worth it for the price.
Also be aware that there is a ring motion sensor light with camera in the back patio. Did not notice it until a couple of days into our trip, covered it immediately. Next morning the property manager just happens to knock on the door to check in on us.
Bbq pit in the picture is not there, it’s an empty space. Looks like the pit was ripped out. There is a propane grill in the back of the house, I’ll get back to that.
Ok here’s the big kicker. I will say not really the fault of property management but it is good information to know when you’re going to spend money for a trip. So a few days before the family and I were supposed to head to the beach house the property manager sends me an email that the house next to the house we’re renting is under construction but it shouldn’t be a problem. Day 1 as we’re unloading the car there is sawdust flying everywhere. That was the case the remainder of the trip from 7am -5:30 pm. You can expect to hear hammers, drills, saws and the workers talking. Sounds like there in the house. Back to the bbq grill don’t expect to grill during working hours, dust everywhere. The workers were demoing a wall and didn’t notice rocks and debris hitting our cars. Running out of characters, gott
