Welcome to Paradise at Tristan Towers unit 4C ! This condo named ‘Pelican Cove’ is a colorful and beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath condo which accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. The way to describe this place is 'Attention to Detail'.....Perfect for a family beach vacation or spontaneous trip with friends. Indulge yourself in the breathtaking 4th floor views of the Emerald Coast from a spacious balcony perfect for relaxing with a cold beverage. Great reviews from past guests !!! Watch the video it is the second or third one in.
This condo also comes with a private covered parking space that is only steps from the lobby door. This is a tremendous convenience during inclement weather as well as being a guaranteed parking space during 4th of July and Blue Angels week when parking is at a premium. (see photo)
A few rules to get out of the way. You must be 25 years old to rent and be staying on premise. NO PETS ALLOWED. We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest you buy travel insurance at the time of booking to cover your trip for unseen cancellations. I must mention this sleeps 6 guests includes children so it's 6 max ,and lastly the second payment is not automatic and you must log on to pay the 2nd half.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to make that perfect vacation dinner. The living room features fantastic space with a flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. The huge master bedroom features a king bed, twin bed, and a flat screen Smart TV. The master bathroom features a beautiful shower and granite counter top with lots of storage. The second bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, a flat screen Smart TV and is next to the second full bathroom containing a shower-bath combo. Free high speed 1 gigabit WIFI throughout. This lovely unit also features a laundry room with washer, dryer, and shelves to store your groceries.
Tristan Towers is located on the sound side of Pensacola Beach and directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. This complex has a huge swimming pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, and charcoal grilling area with tables. The unit owner is also a member of the private fitness facility so you will be able to use and enjoy it too.
You’ll find a beautiful Gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows and from your private balcony in this gated complex. Step directly out the back door to the calm Sound waters for a day of paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing off of the large private dock. The sugar white beaches are right across the street and the entrance to the Gulf National Seashore Park is just a half mile away where you can spend a day hiking, biking, and exploring historic Fort Pickens. There is also an artificial reef on the sound side just a half mile from the condo which is perfect for snorkeling or shallow dives.
One of the things that makes this unit even more outstanding is that it is stocked with the things you are usually required to bring with you. We enjoy providing you with starter laundry detergent, paper towels , toilet paper, nice extras like coffee, dish soap, garbage bags, & beach towels .We provide some of the small things so you don’t have to pack up everything before you leave on vacation.
We hope you enjoy the local events and festivals occurring in the area throughout the year or try some water sports and other outdoor activities. Enjoy walking to the famous Peg Leg Pete’s for lunch or dinner. For eclectic shopping experiences, Tristan Towers is located about 2 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, featuring an array of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The area is home to many beautiful golf courses. I always tell potential renters the best way to tell if this is a good fit for you is to watch the video!

The property was perfect for our short family trip. We loved the ease of the location of our condo to the amenities. While our visit was not very long, we felt right at home. The place was very clean and spacious, something that is desired when traveling with teenagers. We definitely would recommend this place to friends/family.

Communication was excellent with the property manager. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Walk to the beach was easy.

This unit was excellent and as advertised. The beach was about 800 feet away across Fort Pickens road and easily accessed. The fact that beach chairs and some toys were already there also helped in packing for our trip with small children. There is a beach umbrella at the time of this review but it was in pretty rough shape although it still served the purpose. The pool was very close and nicely heated and there were only a few other people using it each time we went. The parking for this particular unit was awesome and located right by the front door and under shelter which made for easy loading/unloading. The unit itself was clean and also offerred access to the gym located on the ground floor (which was small but adequate for a workout).
The only minor issues we experienced which would not affect my rating was that the internet seemed a bit spotty (Wi-Fi) and the TV at times had trouble connecting to the network. On the third or fourth day of our stay the fire panel had some sort of trouble alarm that other guests also reported. This was eventually fixed and I did let the maintenance contact know. Lastly - there are a lot of codes so make sure you get to know the vehicle gate entry code, man gates, rear entrance, elevator lobby, and the unit itself. We made a cheat sheet as it was easy to mix them up especially on the first couple of days. Communication with the admin point of contact and maintenance was great and they responded in a timely manner.

My family booked this last minute and we were pleasantly surprised at our luck. The condo was clean with comfortable beds and everything needed. The balcony was a great place to spend time looking over the ocean. The pool was large enough to never feel crowded. In addition, this condo comes with an awesome parking spot at the front entrance out of the sun and rain, keeping our van cool. The location was a short distance walk to the beach and on the Trolley route. Mary, the host, was the most friendly, informative and responsive host we have ever had. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it an extra day. Thank you for an amazing vacation spot
