Bayfront Pensacola Beach Condo w/ Pool & Elevator

A perfect fit for 3 couples. Location was spot on. The bay on one side and across the street was the gulf beach. Also not crowded like by the beach ball water tower area.

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

The unit was fully equipped. We only used the oven.

The unit was small for 4 adults and 2 children. I had forgotten this about this facility. The elevator was a huge bonus, except when someone's dog peed on the floor and did not immediately clean it up. My biggest complaint (my fault for not reading equipped with) was there were no tv's in the bedrooms. Friends staying in Pensacola came over and no public parking on the property.

Our poor experience with the management company, Evolve, during our stay, unfortunately resulted in a poor stay. On our first morning, we received numerous phone calls and texts at about 7:30 a.m. informing us that the H/C company was on its way to perform their routine checkup of the system. This took about one hour and should have been scheduled when the unit was NOT rented out to anyone. At minimum, we should have been told in advance that this would be performed and offered the opportunity to change our reservation. In addition, when we returned on our first day, workmen were upgrading the fire suppression system underneath the unit and in the space provided for our parking. The contractor told us that they had informed the management company of this work well over a month prior to our arrival and that the work would be performed each day from 7 am to about at least 5pm each day of our stay. We were told that our parking space could not be used. Every day of our stay, we could not use the balcony or rest peacefully in the unit due to the constant loud work being performed directly underneath the unit. Management did not reply to ANY of our questions about the work or about where to park. They did not provide us with advance notice and opportunity to change our reservation due to the work. They had our money in advance - why bother answering simple questions or concerns. The unit is lovely, as are the grounds. However, we will not book a stay when Evolve is the listed property management company.
