The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. An additional bathroom can be found in the hallway. Tristan Towers is a 16 story complex with 90 condos on the sound side of Pensacola Beach but boasts gulf views in some units as well! It is located on one of the most narrow parts of Santa Rosa Island, so the beach and the sound are so close that there is water all around. You will love the Olympic sized swimming pool, a sundeck, lighted tennis courts, the fishing pier and the gated entry. This is a nice place. The beach view was incredible and the location is great. It is right across the street from the beach (5 minute walk). Right down the street from Peg Leg Pete's (10 minute walk). And about a 5 minute ride to the center of Pensacola Beach. Check in was also seamless. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Maybe a little bit run down but we didn't mind that.

Experience was overall good. Views were stunning as described. Extras were as explained, 1 day supply barely, for a family of 6.A suggestion would be to bring extra blankets or linens as no extra were supplied in case of that extra cool natured person or unexpected accidents. Maybe could have gotten them from the property manager if we asked but thankfully didn’t need to. I just mention it as a someone that has needed them in the past or has had them provided other places.

The place had great views, a fast elevator, huge pool, comfy beds (if you like firm). It had everything we needed except the kitchen was without any storage containers. So if you cook and need to store food bring containers. Also no cleaning supplies were available. Curtains/blinds in the bedrooms were in a little messed up but we made it work. Location was perfect for us, a very short walk to the beach and in a more quiet part of the Pensacola Beach. I would definitely stay here again!
