Tristan 12B is an adorable corner condo on the twelfth floor of the lovely Tristan Towers. This adorable two-bedroom condo boasts amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room, as well as views of the Bay from the guest bedroom and the living room. Or see all the way to the end of the island from the corner of the wrap around balcony! All the amenities of home, with the feel of the islands, all just steps away from the water in two directions. Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the second full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed with queen size sleeper to accommodate 2 additional guests. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

Condo was perfect. Had an issue with cable not working. Property manager, Sam, was on it immediately and we cable within a few hours. We could not have been happier with the condo and the service we received

The view is absolutely amazing!
The condo itself needs a fresh coat of paint. Furniture is well worn. Could use a new mattress set in the MBR.
Just needs updated & refreshed. Kitchen is great & adequately supplied of dishes & utensils.
This is our 2nd stay and would probably stay again just because of the location & beautiful view.
