Professionally redecorated in 2025 and perfectly situated in River Run Village, you're just steps away from shopping, dining, and local events. The Timbers on River Run is a premier ski-in/ski-out complex with exceptional amenities, including a pool with indoor access, a hot tub, a steam room and a sauna.
The living room boasts upscale furniture, abundant open space, and a large flat-screen TV above a stunning gas fireplace. Two large professionally designed closets for ski and snowboard equipment storage are conveniently located near the entryway. Adjacent to the living area is the expansive private balcony, which offers serene mountain and tree-lined views, along with ample seating to relax and unwind.
The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. It features beautiful cabinetry, NEW quartz countertops, and a layout designed for easy meal preparation. The dining area comfortably seats eight around a live edge wood table, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A convenient half bath is located just off the living area for guests’ comfort. All bathrooms are newly renovated with new lighting, countertops, toilets, and tilework. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, laundry soap is provided.

Our family enjoyed the space, cleanliness and ski-in and ski-out ease of this condo. It is a beautiful condo and we felt very comfortable. We were able to easily park our second car in a space in the front which was also nice. Opening the balcony doors weren’t easy though. Otherwise, we throughly loved staying here.

Very nice condo, great location! Even with very little snow on the mountain, it was still skin in and a very short walk out to the main ski run and lifts.

Our unit at Timbers was just fine. All was expected with the unit itself. However, we were very disappointed with the facilities. The fire pit at the pool area was not operating and when we contacted Summit County Mountain Retreats about the problem, we were told the fire pit was "not going to be fixed". The hot tub jets at the pool area were also not operational during our stay. The common areas were in poor condition and needed to be better maintained.
