This lovely 3 bedroom condo is just steps away from Keystone Resort River Run Base Area. This fourth floor condo is the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, having all the fantastic Keystone ski runs and trails close by. Step in to the comfortably furnished, bright living room featuring mountain views, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the small and major appliances for the chef in the family to make delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. The dining area opens up to the furnished balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private patio entrance, and an en suite bathroom. The second primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a double over double bunk bed and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Silver Mill is an amenity rich building, featuring a large lobby with a comfortable sitting area and pool table, ski lockers, a fitness room, communal laundry room, and communal grill for summer cookouts. After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or wander over to the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool. You'll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter-mile south (a two-minute walk). Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities are right outside your door. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner-tubing, and night skiing. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you're interested in a change of scenery. You'll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne.**Hot Tubs are onsite. We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Being right in river run village is so convenient. The place was clean and cozy. The tv in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t turn on but that wasn’t a big deal for us. We will stay here again in the future.

Location of this unit is great! Central to Keystone River Run Village and a short less than 5 minute walk to ski school and Gondola. Was slightly disappointed by the kitchen. Only 4 coffee cups and no sheet pans for cooking. Very few bowls as well. With our group of 8 we had to do dishes constantly but made it work.

Everything was good. I would just add that advanced warning to bring our own spa towels would have been helpful and 1 humidifier isn’t quite enough for a 3 bedroom.
