Completed in 2025, this stunning home combines contemporary mountain design with ultimate convenience and comfort. Perfectly situated just steps from the ski lifts in the heart of River Run Village, the property offers breathtaking views of the Snake River and surrounding slopes.
Guests can unwind in the private outdoor freshwater hot tub on the ground-level terrace or take a short 2–3 minute walk to enjoy the Dakota Lodge heated pool and hot tubs.

The entry level features garage access, half bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a king bed, mounted TV, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination—perfect for guests seeking convenience and privacy.
Second Level
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, TV, workspace, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. A second bedroom on this floor includes a king bed and TV, while the bunk room features three twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes this level.
Third Level (Main Living Area)
The top floor boasts an open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings, a cozy fireplace, smart TV, air conditioning, and ample seating—perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. wonderful unit, beautiful inside and out. very clean and well maintained. great supply of all the kitchen ware, great pots and pans and other cooking utensils. great location right in the heart of Keystone area. close to everything and easy getting in and out. great host that was very helpful and pleasant.

We had an amazing time and couldn't have picked a better location! Seriously the best location! You can literally walk out the door and be in the village. Walking to the slopes was easy. Once we got there, we walked everywhere. The townhome was super clean and has beautiful views of the village and of the mountains! The hot tub was so relaxing after skiing all day. Our family had such a great time that we are booking it again for next year. This location can't be beat!!

This property was just as described. The check-in process was easy, and the property manager provided all information plenty in advance. This property is very close to the lifts in the River Run area, which was very accommodating to get a full day of skiing/riding during our trip. The property was very clean and provided a wonderful view of the River Run slope coming down to the base of the River Run village. I would definitely repeat in staying at this property.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Keystone property! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the River Run Gondola, making it super convenient for skiing and exploring the area. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere after a long day on the slopes. The amenities, including the hot tub and fireplace, were perfect for relaxation. The stunning mountain views from the property added to the overall charm. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Keystone! Five stars all the way!
