About this house rental
Alcove 74 fits the whole extended family, with a private hot tub and Keystone's gondola a short walk away. Twelve guests spread across four bedrooms, including a kids' bunk room.

The bunk room is a masterstroke for families: a big, sturdy bunk setup, reading lights, a private walk-in-shower bath, and a straight shot to the hot tub — the kids may never come upstairs. Parents claim the primary with its wall of windows, desk, and double-sink bath, while two more bedrooms with TVs and ceiling fans share a tub-equipped bath for the rest of the crew. A living-room futon (mattress pad in the hall closet) covers any overflow.
Mealtimes shine around the quartz mega-island and walnut dining table, with double ovens for feeding a dozen and a beverage bar for the après hour. The black-tile fireplace wall and plush seating make evening debriefs irresistible.

Great location. Very modern and clean. Dishwasher was out of service, and hot tub water was cloudy and foamy. We contacted management and were told it would be fixed. It wasn't drained until the morning we checked out. This was disappointing.

Great location! Definitely felt like a rental. Not very well stocked kitchen and sheets were very cheap feeling for the cost but otherwise wonderful location and very convenient for skiing.

This was our first visit to Keystone, so we weren’t familiar with the layout — and we truly hit the jackpot with this home. It’s incredibly close to everything (a literal two-minute stroll), yet still feels private with a backyard overlooking the trees and mountains.We immediately felt at home and had a wonderful stay. The thoughtful touches — like humidifiers in the bedrooms — were especially appreciated. The keyless entry made coming and going effortless all week, and the beds were very comfortable.The location truly can’t be beat, and we would absolutely stay here again. We did have a slight issue accessing our entry code upon arrival, but one quick phone call resolved it immediately and we were in the house within minutes.Overall, we loved our time here and highly recommend this property.
