4BR + Loft/4BA Top Floor Condo in Keystone Ski Area--10 Beds

Very roomy condo with ample accommodations for 10+ people. We had two different family groups join us over a three week period. Most everything was great. There were a couple of loose door hinges and other wear. Also, the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Otherwise, it was perfect for our vacation. Key for us was the roominess, the close proximity to shops and restaurants, the central location for outdoor summer activities and the accommodating host. Overall, very good.

The condo is perfect for our family of 11. There are plenty of individual beds so teens don't have to share and also plenty of beds for couples. We were disappointed that the free bus schedule to the mountain was changed to once/hour while we were there this year. We were not made aware of this and the new schedule was not posted until the last minute and it had not been changed online. The bus schedule last year was every 20 minutes which makes it much more convenient. The condo is an easy walk to and from the base if you're in street shoes but not so easy in ski boots, especially at the end of the day and for younger children (we had a 6 year old). Both years we have had to buy more dishwasher detergent since only one pod per night is provided. When we have 11 people eating breakfast and dinner in the condo, the dishwasher has to be run twice a day. Also, minimal toilet paper is provided. We have had to share rolls between bathrooms on our last days since we stay 7 nights. Otherwise, we love staying at this condo with our family of 3 generations.

Wonderful condo near it all. 10 minute walk to Mountain House or River Run. Perfect for large families looking for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing!! The condo was perfect for our family ski trip to Colorado. We had 8 adults and 5 kids under 5 so the bunk room was perfect. We were able to reserve pack n plays and a high chair for the little ones too which was amazing. The location is perfect for a short 1 minute drive to Keystone Village or about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts. Our kiddos even enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub at one point. Richard's communication was spot on and he always had an abundance of information needed to make our trip more enjoyable. We want to come back to Keystone next year and I hope his condo will be available because it was such a great experience.

Stayed for 2 days following my daughter’s wedding in Denver to treat family and friends first trip to CO. Was PERFECT for our group of 12, eleven adults and an eleven yr old. Some skied and some sightseeing, great location for both. New Years Eve fireworks were seen from the condo was a big hit and we cooked a large group meal, the condo had everything we needed, plenty of dishes and all utensils. The parking garage was great and was easy to access. Owner was very responsive to my reservation questions and had an easy check-in process. GREAT stay!! Very clean and beautiful condo.

This condo and location was perfect for our vacation with extended family of 10. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We could walk either direction to restaurants and activities and had a good view of the mountains. We would love to come back to Keystone and would stay here again.

This home was very spacious with privacy for my friends and me. The kitchen utensils were well stocked. My son was getting married in A Basin so I was doing quite a bit of cooking for my friends and family who were also staying in Gateway. Having the tools I needed to cook really made life pretty easy. The only thing I had to buy was a hand mixer. Super easy! Having our own bathrooms, made a huge difference as well as we were all getting ready for the wedding at the same time. My son has a condo in Keystone so we will coming back when he is in Keystone and will definitely rent this condo again if it is available.

Super fun week at Keystone. Accommodations were great. Super convenient location to River Run and great stores below. Highly recommend!

Place was awesome and perfect for our family getaway. We had 4 adults, 5teens and 2 pre-teens. Plenty of room for all and very cozy accommodations. About a 10 minute walk to River Run Village and gondola, we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our party of 10 (3 families)! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in each day, Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, It was just perfect! We had an enjoyable stay - even without any snow on the ground!

We would definitely stay here again! Very clean, full amenities, awesome location. Richard responded quickly to every question I had, and offered extra information about attractions to see and things to do. Even though we weren't expecting to not have AC, there were fans in every room, and luckily we had awesome weather that we were able to keep windows open. So it was still pleasant.

Nice space to relax after skiing.

We have been on family ski trips for 29 years but the first time to Keystone. This condo was awesome! We had 12 adults and having 4 bathrooms plus 4 bedrooms and a loft gave everyone enough room to spread out. It was VERY clean, response from owner was timely and check in was simple! It was a little further from the lift than we thought, but we will definitely be back if we come back to Keystone! Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to have a great time!

House was in the perfect location with a quick walk or shuttle ride to the slopes made it super easy to get to the village! There was a group of 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space and bathrooms. Perfect house for large groups!

Great Location! Easy to walk to Gondola and coffee shops! Great view out the great window! Lots of space for all fourteen of us!

The condo was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen was probably the best equipped We have seen in our prior rentals, and had everything we needed.

This is a great property that easily flexed to accommodate a multi-family vacation. The kitchen was well-appointed, the rooms were great, and the view of the mountain was amazing. Getting to/from lifts was easy with shuttle or walking. We would do it again!

Location, location location! Walking distance to river run even in blizzard conditions it wasn’t a bad walk. Shuttle stops right out front. Condo kitchen is very well stocked. The kitchen and living room aren’t huge for the number of rooms But that’s condo living and the location more than makes up for it.

We rented this condo for a long weekend for 8 adults, two kids, and an infant. We're very glad we did! Plenty of room, nicely appointed, beautiful views of the mountain, and a great location that was easily accessible. It was very quiet- we never heard any noise coming from other units even though it was a holiday weekend. Our only two small quibbles: first, the elevator was out of service (not the owner's fault, obviously), which made toting suitcases and ski gear up and down 3 flights a bit of a challenge. Second, one of the ground-floor bedrooms only had a full bed, which felt quite cramped for two adults. There was plenty of room to fit a queen bed in there, which would have been nice. Otherwise, we totally enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others! Thanks for the great vacation.

Overall an excellent experience for a large group. Location walkable to the lifts though if you are older you will likely want to drive to the lot by river run esp if you are carrying your gear. The broken elevator was a definite negative staying on the top floor.

Our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. There were a couple pieces of trash (a wrapper and part of a french fry) under the two sets of bunk beds that were not from us. The towel bar in the bunk bed bathroom was broken when we arrived. Also, the DVD players in the 2 bedrooms on the main level were not connected to the TVs and though we tried to connect them, it seemed the proper cords weren't there to do so, so the DVD players were useless. The one in the loft worked fine. The location was great- very convenient and quick for us to get to River Run Village. We thought it would have been helpful to have had some sort of instruction inside the condo about how to catch the shuttle to the slopes. It took us a while to find the right shuttle information online and in the end we decided to just drive over to the free parking lot rather than hope we had the correct shuttle info. Also, it would have been great if the listing mentioned that there is a crockpot available to use; we brought our own because we didn't know there would be one. Also, it might be nice to stock the condo with a few games or puzzles- just something other condos we've stayed in have had that were a nice touch. The Seymore Lodging staff were wonderful. On our check-out day we suddenly had to go to the hospital in Frisco for an appendectomy for one of our kids, and the staff agreed to let us have a later check-out time and were very kind and helpful. One kiddo also left an iPad at the condo and the cleaning staff picked it up and when we called about it, they let us know they had it and we were able to go pick it up. We really appreciated that, too. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The process was extremely easy to book and arrive. Directions were on point and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. Our family will definitely return to this property!! Thank you for such a stress free vacation.

Property is very roomy and clean. I have stayed here twice and since the last stay they have upgraded the living room furniture. Parking is awesome, garage parking so no need to scrape snow/ice off. Jacuzzi and pool indoors made it a great place to hang out. Dick with the rental company was very helpful and made checking in/out super easy. I would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful location. Easy shuttle ride and walk to the gondolas. And beautiful views.

Following Thanksgiving we gathered together in this Condo to spend some time as a family. The weather did not cooperate but the property manager was very helpful with prompt replies to my e-mails and information needed. It was a beautiful place to bond as a family. Beautiful area.

Fit our two families very well. Kitchen had all of the items we needed to cook our meals. Will be back.

We had a fantastic time with out of town family for our mountain wedding. It was a beautiful condo and a great location. Loved it.

Mountain house was the perfect location for a summer getaway with the grandchildren. Located close to many hiking spots, rafting, hot springs and water sports it had the added bonus of Kidtopia! The kitchen was well equipped for both cooking and eating utensils. The views were incredible. To top it off there were plenty of towels ( a plus with many grandchildren). Would stay again without hesitation!
