Located at the entrance to the new River Run Village shops & restaurants. Clubhouse in building with heated indoor pool, large hot tub, and exercise room. Internet/sports cafe (12 HDTV's + extra laptops), full service day spa, and convenience store on site.

Great price and space to accommodate a large family group. The unit is in pretty good shape, but had some minor things that could be improved like the blinds in the primary suite that don't open or close easily and the dishwasher bottom rack doesn't slide in and out easily. There wasn't a broom or any cleaning supplies other than dish soap for us to keep the unit clean during our stay and no housekeeping services were provided. The elevators in the building broke twice during our 8 day stay. The pool, hot-tub, and hallway carpeting all could use some maintenence, and the parking situation could be improved. The check in process was over-complicated; we had to go to a lockbox at a separate location to pick up an envelope with a keycode and address information that could have been easily sent to us by email or text. Contact information was provided if we needed help finding anything, but I didn't receive any response when I reached out to them, however I did find a binder in the unit with a lot of helpful information. The pictures gave me the impression that we were closer to the Keystone Lodge little lake, it's about a 2.5 mile walk. We had a great time and I would recommend it for it's size and affordability. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed.

The property was clean and easily accessible. Plenty of space and yet not massively large. The host was easy to reach and answered our questions in a timely fashion! Check in was easy. I would recommend this property especially for larger groups.

We stayed at the property for our kid's "senior trip/spring break". The condo was as described and we loved the location to everything. Kids got hot upstairs, but there were several fans as well as humidifiers provided at the condo. We enjoyed our time and felt that it was well equipped. Pros that aren't listed: There is an ice machine on property down by the pool and gym. There are also luggage carts in the parking garage and in the main lobby area. Cons: When the tv is on in the loft, it is very loud in the downstairs area-the acoustics are great! The tv in the living room was in an awkward spot and the sound on it was very hard to hear. Neither are deal breakers-We loved the condo and it's proximity to River Run Village.
