JUST RELAX- ON THE 11 MILE LAGOON! SUMMER GOES FAST- BEST lagoon view in the complex! Already booking for 2026! Queens Grant Villa, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. Sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, open concept, large, fenced deck with gas grill, and very bright and sunny grassy yard area. It is close to the pool, quick walk to ocean, and fishing. Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located in the middle of Hilton Head Island, close to everything!
Dogs are welcome (2 dogs maximum, see details on weight requirements). Good vacation dates go fast, so plan ahead! Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!
*Note: From April 5, 2026 through August 30, 2026, bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Each booking will be a full 7 days and if more than 7 days is required, it will be in 7-day increments. Feel free to reach out for further clarification if needed.

We had the best week! Property was very well appointed with everything that we needed along with things our dog needed. Perfect location! Spent a lot of time walking, riding bikes and being on the beach!

We had a family vacation with 5 adults and two small children. It was a great villa space wise and beautiful view with plenty of yard to play in. Pool was close and easy drive to beach! Large kitchen to cook in!

Todd was a great host and the condo is beautiful. Check in process was so easy. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
