This stunning fully renovated condo boasts coastal charm at its finest. It is all that you have pictured for your beach retreat here on Hilton Head Island. Packed with all the desired amenities this condo welcomes up to 8 guests.
The main bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV and a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower. It also boasts access to the private condo balcony.
Up the spiral stairs you'll discover the loft bedroom area complete with custom Queen bunk beds and a second private bathroom with a tub/shower combination perfect for families travelling with young children & infants.
The living room offers a comfy queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. With 2 full bathrooms, guests can easily freshen up after a day of exploring the beach, kayaking the extensive neighboring waterways or enjoying a round of golf with ease.
The open concept floor plan features comfortable furnishings, including a sectional sofa and Smart TV. The private balcony can be accessed from both the living area and the main bedroom doors so as to enjoy a morning coffee or perhaps a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the island sounds wind down for the day.
The dining area is just off the living room, and additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The condo also has the luxury of its own laundry room with washer/dryer. A pack and play and highchair are available for use for families with infants.
You're also welcome to use the provided beach chairs and beach toys. Bike rentals can be easily arranged and delivered to the bike racks outside the condo.
St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Gated Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

This is a wonderful condo in our favorite community at Hilton Head! The space is new, clean, exactly as advertised. The owners have thought of everything - kitchen is stocked (incl bottle of wine), plenty of closets, hooks, hangers, books, and games. They were also very helpful with check-in instructions and any questions we had about our stay. We highly recommend this condo!

Great stay for a short trip for our family for my son’s graduation at Parris Island. Condo is located in a private community mid island and only a short drive to the beach. Condo had everything we needed. Bedrooms were as described and bathrooms were updated and clean. Nice balcony off from the master BR and LR area we enjoyed in the evenings. The living room is a good size with a nice sized sectional and large dining table which suited us perfectly. The laundry room is small but located adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is small but has a nice built in bar with barstools overlooking the living room with a nice open floor plan. The upstairs bedroom has 2 nicely built queen size bunk beds with easy to access stairs and ladder. We had to run the built in fan above the top bed and the living room ceiling fan due to it getting hot at nighttime but it wasn’t a problem. The open spiral staircase was a bit concerning to our small dog who was fearful and didn’t attempt to climb it, as there are only skinny rails with much opening between and the steps are wooden and could be slick to dogs claws with a large drop from the top of the staircase plus the added step-down into the LR. So we ended up having to change some bed arrangements so that my daughter could sleep downstairs with her dog and myself and my husband slept upstairs instead. The gate staff didn’t have our names at main gate at arrival and were not helpful but contacted the owner who resolved this quickly. Great getaway.
