Both floors are available to rent. This up and down duplex offers 3 BR (sleeps 7) and 1 bath per floor with off street parking (2 vehicles per unit). Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the top deck and partial ocean views from the lower level due to sand dunes.
Each unit has a full kitchen, central A/C, washer, dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, 2 flat screen TVs and WIfi. Beach chairs, umbrella and 6 beach badges also are provided with each unit.
Well-behaved family dogs are welcome with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please brings protective coverings for the sofa and bedding.

From the minute we walked into this home, we felt like we were at our own home. After renting on LBI for over 15 years, we have never been so happy. With two kids 5 and under, the location can’t be beat!! We were so thankful we were allowed to bring our pups; who are a huge part of our family. We had the honor to meet Adrienne and Dan, the owners, and nicest couple ever. We will never stay anywhere else. We found our home away from home! Thank you Adrienne and Dan for making our summer vacation so perfect!

The home was fantastic! The location speaks for itself but the home itself was very comfortable to fit 5 people, thoughtful touches throughout, and updated and clean. Will be booking again!
