About this house rental

Located 3 blocks from the waterfront in the heart of downtown Morro Bay. Walking
distance to the quaint little boutiques and restaurants and embarcadero, shopping, beaches and Morro Rock. Beautifully
decorated 1600 sq. foot town home. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Newly renovated. This home is 2 story with the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom upstairs, so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and Morro Rock. You will not be disappointed.

**All holidays require a minimum 3 night stay, exception is the 4th of July requires a minimum 7 night stay, unless 7 nights are not available. Reservations will be canceled if not the minimum stay.

Great location, and a nice house. I would have given 5 stars all around if there had been an adequate supply of essentials. TP, ,towels, and why is there a BBQ if there is no propane? Small inexpensive details that would have made a difference. Over all we had a great time, and would recommend this house.

The house was great for us. We weren't cooking but hung out and enjoyed the house. The location was amazing! We walked everywhere. The check in and check out systems were very clear and easy. Our host was very responsive to all our questions.

Such an ideal location. Close to everything and with views of the bay. This was just right for our family, including a child 1 years old. Parking sounded like it was going to be difficult per the description (don’t park on street, don’t block the driveway) but theres a dedicated drive path in front of the garage that accomodated our large SUV (VW Atlas).

House was very pleasant for our weekend away in Morro Bay. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked w/toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc. we did not cook but the kitchen looked clean and well stocked. Simple & straight forward check in and out process. Location was great for walking to the Embarcadero and local shops. FYI stairs would be difficult for those with mobility restrictions. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs with primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area upstairs. Nice view. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Great location. The property was great for group travel and I recommend it. Please be aware if you are only staying less than a week, you will not have access to the washer dryer (it is in the fine print) and we were only supplied 6 towels for 3 days and 6 people. The kitchen needs some attention with paired down cooking supplies. There is a lobster pot, but no kettle. The barbecue that is advertised was not in usable condition and there is a hand written sign telling guests that propane is not supplied.

The home is comfortable. I would suggest some kind of non-slip mat for the downstairs shower. I nearly slipped several times. Also I’d suggest a much larger garbage bin. We arrived and the bin was already full and we still had 3 days before the trash pickup day.

We visited for my birthday weekend with a few friends. The house was spacious and clean, with a great view of the bay. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was excellent - seriously one of the best showers I've had traveling. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted within walking distance, including bars, farmers market, the harbor, and great vintage stores. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely come back!

Very lovely and comfortable property in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Embarcadero, Front street and the T pier and all of the shops and restaurants located there. Great view of Moro rock and a very short drive to Moro rock and Moro beach. There is a very nice coffee shop three doors down. We only stayed two nights so we didn't use the kitchen very much, but it seemed well stocked. Lastly, the owner was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again!

Lovely little house within walking distance to downtown Morro Bay. Be advised that the main living space is on the upper level with most bedrooms on the lower level (it was tough for some of our elderly family members to go up and down). Beautiful property and gorgeous views of the rock.

The property was great - ample kitchen utensils, very spacious, loved the kitchen seating with the gorgeous view of Morro rock. The location was right next to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Embarcadero. It's a 1.5 miles to Morro Rock, but the sea otter viewing is closer. We had two 3.5 year olds with us and they also enjoyed the house!

This location is great! Two king size beds and one queen, it is far enough back that the seals don't wake you but if on the porch, you can smell and see the ocean. The View of the rock is stunning, the neighborhood is very quite and it is a small two block walk down to the Embarcadero. Only thing I did not like was the 131 extra Service Fee, as an owner of a rental home I feel that is an excessive fee for literally nothing. Shame on VRBO for charging it, that was an extra 13% of the cost. Will not book at a site that has this fee again. Numbered locks and alarms are enough - a fee for nothing is bad business.

This was the perfect set up for our family stay. Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Main bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Kitchen, dining and LR upstairs. Nice view of the rock from the dining room. Quiet location for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. We were in Morro Bay to visit family that have a place there. Definitely will keep this on our list!

There were no surprises and it looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet. One of our favorite things was walking to the neighborhood Scout coffee. We had a little snafu with the Alarm when we first got there, but the owner was very responsive and got us in touch with the Alarm company right away.

We stayed for three nights and wish it had been at least one more. The home is lovely with views of the rock from the living/dining area and only three short blocks from the bay. We did whale watching, watched otters and sea lions in the bay, and drove 30 minutes up the coast to Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal rookery. Would definitely visit again!

We had a glorious stay in this beautiful, comfortable, amazing house. The three bedrooms are well appointed and have such comfortable and cozy linens. The bathrooms are large and clean. So many windows! We love to have open windows to enjoy the coastal air and stunning views. So close to everywhere that we wanted to eat and shop and see! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home. Only hiccup was the house wasn't cleaned from previous guests upon our arrival at check in time. We were really all hoping to have a rest so it was a disappointment, but Host got the cleaning crew over quickly, and 3 hours later we were in, and the house was in great condition and very comfortable. Host also gave us a small refund for our inconvenience, and was very responsive via text to the couple of other questions we had along the way. The test of a good host isn't that things go wrong, it's the response when they do. Lots to love about this home; we esp enjoyed the location, the upstairs tub, and the comfortable beds. Check out the Buttercup Bakery just down a couple blocks. Yummy treats and granola!

Our son was graduating CalPoly SLO this weekend. We were unable to find any accommodations in SLO and were hesitant to be far from campus. It turned out to be an outstanding choice to be in Morro Bay. Fewer crowds and no traffic. Plus our place had a nice view of Morro Rock and Bay.
