Primary bedroom that has a queen and two twins in the room making it perfect for a family
Den (can be used as an additional bedroom)

1 full bathroom + 2 half bathrooms
Washer and dryer
Upstairs:
Two additional bedrooms that are equipped with a queen bed in each room
Just steps down the driveway, you’ll find the scenic Boyne River—perfect for fishing or simply enjoying the tranquil setting.

Less than 5 minutes to Boyne Mountain Resort
Short drive to Charlevoix and Petoskey
Ideal for families attending local soccer, lacrosse, and other tournaments

This was a fantastic house to stay at in Northern Michigan. It was clean and well kept, had all the little things you don't think of that were available for use. Things like pans and cooking utensils were there and available. They were clean and in good condition. Comfortable home and a nice wooded setting. Plenty of sleeping (we had 5) with enough room to not step on each other. Overall this was an excellent place to stay.

House is in a good location to visit various other tourist spots. Mentor room for a family. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Even though overall all experience was good, price seems much higher than other rentals.

Small, cozy cabin with lots of sleeping space. Off the beaten path, which is nice if you want to get away from it all. Hiking and fishing is very convenient. Short drive into downtown Boyne City for shops and restaurants.

The House over all was "OK" and the property managers very nice.
BUT .....
It is time to refresh the house. Ripped screen doors, rotten outdoor window frames and siding. Can't open a lot of the windows. Bees around the decks and porch. Hives in shed where garbage is placed.
Just needs attention.
