Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

We had a group of 9 grandparents, siblings, and grandkids who stayed at Villa Fiesta over spring break, and we had a wonderful time! Although we went on a whale watching tour, we thought the whale watching from the porch and the pool was fantastic and just as good or better than the tour. The house with large with all the necessary amenities. It was close enough to the Marina area to enjoy going out there, but it was nice, private, and away from the crowd when you just wanted time with family. I'd highly recommend getting Eat Cabo to come and cook breakfast and dinner for you. The chefs were friendly and made gigantic meals, so we didn't even really need lunch or snacks, and they were better than any meal we had out in Cabo. I'd also highly recommend doing the La Isla private catamaran tour. It is customizable, and they made tons of tasty drinks and tostadas for our group. Overall, we had a relaxing week and enjoyed staying at this beautiful home.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in October. The house was great for our group, which included 7 adults and two kids. Great living spaces on multiple levels. Pool area with outdoor grill and hot tub with views of the pacific was great. Game room was a big hit as well. One of the rare times Ive rented a home where the house was even better than the photos. Would highly recommend.
