Unique Artist home. Three bedrooms 2.5 bath this home must be seen to believe. Your own private sanctuary. This would be a great home for couples to share. Girls get away weekend. It is a great design to entertain. Every where you look from my paintings to all the little details you will be greatly surprised. You will be so happy with your choice. In between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Feels like your own private getaway. This home is bright, fun, and whimsical. And a beautiful porch view or the lake for cocktails and food, bike path out your front door, the Petoskey Brewery is just a few staggering steps away.

Beautiful house located in a quiet and peaceful setting. We had a wonderful time staying here 4 nights in September. We loved all of the special design touches, including the stained glass, the owner's beautiful original paintings, and the comfortable and interesting furnishings! The house, location, and view were great, and it helped make our time there so restful and relaxing! The owner is very responsive and easy to work with, and we love the beautiful scenic area in and around Petoskey.

I was traveling with a group of 6 ladies over 60 years old. We had a lovely time at Richards house. The outdoor space was so peaceful and beautiful and the location was amazing. We did not have to travel far for the beach, shopping, restaurants, or scenery. Especially liked the fact that we could walk on the trail every morning and also stop at the Petoskey Brewery (less than 5 minutes away from our place-right on the trail). Highly recommend !!!
