Easy check-in and out. All of the rooms were clean. The kitchen was spacious. Fantastic communication with the host. Perfect location for walking around Petoskey.

Good location but street parking was inconvenient. Kitchen was not well equiped, not even a salad or mixing bowl. Beds were well past usable life span. Host was very responsive and brought us a foam topper which was most appreciated but the box springs were shot too. Window shades didn't work either. Could be a great stay if some updates were made.
