A great location in downtown Petoskey that is within waking distance from lots of restaurants and shopping.

Good location but street parking was inconvenient. Kitchen was not well equiped, not even a salad or mixing bowl. Beds were well past usable life span. Host was very responsive and brought us a foam topper which was most appreciated but the box springs were shot too. Window shades didn't work either. Could be a great stay if some updates were made.
