Perfect space for a large family gathering to a romantic get-away retreat. Plus the space can accommodate more than 6 people should you need extra sleeping cots. Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others.

– Truly Exceptional StayWow, what a gem of a place! This condo was such a surprise — beautifully decorated, super spacious, and in one of the best spots in Petoskey. It’s tucked right between Bay Harbor and downtown, and (bonus!) it’s literally above a cookie shop. We were greeted with fresh cookies, which honestly set the tone for the whole stay.The condo itself is spotless and really well put together. Every room felt thoughtful and cozy, but the terrace was the real showstopper — it’s enormous (easily 50 feet wide) and gave us front-row seats to the sunset every night. Parking was simple with plenty of spaces, and the building is right next door to the famous Cormack Deli, so grabbing a quick sandwich was effortless.Inside, the kitchen was perfect for entertaining because everything is open — you can cook, chat, and see everyone all at once. And the details made it feel like home: the fridge was stocked with complimentary fresh orange juice, milk, and eggs when we arrived. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, walk-in closets, and even TVs. Plus, the place is pet-friendly and came with the cutest custom-made pet bed (the pup loved it).There’s even a baby grand piano inside, which added such a unique touch. Our relatives who flew in from Germany absolutely loved their stay here — they kept saying how impressed they were with the space and location.Michael, the property manager, was outstanding throughout — so genuine, patient, and flexible. The condo is nicely appointed with tastful furnishings, beautiful art & comfortable furniture. Michael, our host, was helpful, professional and a delight. We had a wonderful three week stay in petoskey.

Michael went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one ! His place is very welcoming . He knew we were bringing our pups and bought an incredible doggie bed , my little Winnie didn’t want to get out of that bed ! The location was perfect for us and having a deli and cookie shop beneath us was wonderful!
