ABOUT THIS RENTAL
Located in the prime triangle of activities that Northern Michigan has to offer, this two bedroom (plus an open loft) condo is a great location for your next trip! Lakeside Club is located on Round Lake – an all sports lake and right across the street from the Petoskey State Park (Lake Michigan). The Little Traverse Wheelway (paved bike path) runs right in front of the condo development that can connect you to Harbor Springs for lunch and shopping or all the way through Petoskey to Charlevoix for the same amenities. A quick drive to many other favorites like Mackinac Island, championship golf courses, ski hills, great restaurants, the Inland Waterway, and so much more.
This unit features two bedrooms each with a queen bed on the main level, as well as an open floor plan of living/kitchen space and two full bathrooms. A deck off the living area overlooks a small pond for a peaceful setting. Take the interior stairs to the loft where you will find a large open area with three full beds. Located just a short walk to the shared beachfront (see photos/map). Be sure to take advantage of the Lakeside Club amenities, including an indoor pool, tennis courts, exercise equipment, and shared Round Lake beach frontage!
*Trailers are NOT allowed at this property, as there is no parking available for them. If you are trying to bring any type of trailer, please contact us prior to booking.
*Access to water toys and boats are not included in the rental of this property. If you would like information on watercraft rentals, please reach out to us for recommendations!
*Please note that the Lakeside association usually does pool repairs/maintenance around the month of April, which could cause disruption in use. If you plan to book around this time, we are happy to double check before you book.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very peaceful and quiet area but close to everything. All the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable with extra blankets and towels provided. Our kids enjoyed the loft while us parents enjoyed our own space in the primary bedroom/bathroom. Large enough living area for everyone to spread out on the comfy couch while watching a movie on the large wall-mounted TV. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. If our stay wasn’t in October we would have loved to check out the condo association’s frontage on Round Lake.This is probably the cleanest and most well-kept rental I’ve ever stayed in. Well appointed and had everything we needed and more.We did a day trip to Mackinac Island, only about 40 minutes to the ferry, as well as one day in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. A nice bakery and ice cream shop within walking distance and Petoskey Brewing Co a 3 minute drive. 10 minutes into either Petoskey or Harbor Springs.Communication with the host was great! They provided a helpful online guide with access and Wi-Fi information, as well as recommendations in the area.We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We couldn't help but feel relaxed in the condo and the loft area is very big. Everyone said they slept well in the comfortable beds. We are talking about plans for next year!

Well appointed and as advertised condo in a quiet association tucked between Harbor Springs and Petosky. We spent a day in Harbor Springs, a day in Petosky, and took a quick day trip up to Mackinac Island.

Hard to find the building because there was no address outside and you had to go inside the building and up the stairs to find the door.
Hot water smelled like rotten eggs (sulpher) and water pressure in shower was lousy. The bath towels also smelled like smoke. It was clean and the surrounding property had beautiful flowers
