Check-in was seamless. Owners were responsive and answered questions. Location was perfect—between Harbor Springs and Petoskey right on Round Lake. Unit was clean but smelled musty and was a bit damp.

Very musty smelling. That is my first impression.
It was very clean. Updated furniture. Beds aren't to comfy. Has all you need in the kitchen, except spices.
I slept in the basement level, there was a lot of noise that kept me awake some nights. Couldn't figure that out. Beautiful lake, just like the pictures. Walking distance to stores. Close to state park and down town. Would not stay again. Can't stand the damp, musty smell.
