About this house rental
Our beautiful home sits at the end of a canal with western views towards the intracoastal. The sunsets are amazing. The living/dining and kitchen areas were completely renovated during Fall 2020. Two master bedrooms with balconies plus one additional queen bedroom. Den has twin day beds. Large living and dining area eat-in kitchen, and office. House sleeps 8
Great neighborhood. Walk or easy bike ride to Atlantic Avenue, shops, and restaurants.
We only accept single family occupancy leases.
Rates do not include cleaning fees.

Everything about this stay was excellent! The home is roomy and cozy. Very elegant and location is amazing. The home has a chef dream kitchen, beautiful views of the pool and intercostal. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the "Monkey House". It was a great location and suited our needs. It's about a 15 min walk to the Ave and just a block from the beach. The house is full of historic and meaningful family pieces which was neat to see and made us extra careful to not disturb. The kitchen was recently renovated and was nice and modern looking. The outdoor area was a highlight with the pool and intercostal access.

We couldn’t be any happier with our stay at this property. The house and pool and dock were just perfect for our family and we absolutely loved our time there. The sunsets were a daily gift!
